I would argue the current mini-event seems to be based around the _melody_ of Lucid Dreamer (and Lucid Dreams), so using a different sample for the same melody is in keeping with the theming

purely melodyswapped touhou is boring as hell imo, these kind of rips that pitch shift random pop/meme songs into touhou are cracked and really funny and sometimes good sounding too (eg the one direction rip)
