The tournament was contested on two courses, TPC Four Seasons Resort and Cottonwood Valley GC, was the fifth PGA TOUR win of Woods’ young career and first after his historic triumph earlier in the season at the Masters. The PGA TOUR heads to Texas for the AT&T Byron Nelson. K.H. Lee, who won at TPC Craig Ranch last year for his first PGA TOUR title, returns to defend. Hideki Matsuyama will be competing for the first time since the Masters and will be looking to build on a T14 finish at Augusta. After beating Patrick Cantlay in a playoff to win the RBC Heritage, Jordan Spieth will be hoping to continue where he left off. The American has won twice in his native Texas but has never won the AT&T Byron Nelson. Other names to look out for include Justin Thomas, Xander Schauffele, Tommy Fleetwood, Francesco Molinari, and Bubba Watson.

1997-2000 was Tiger’s golden era. That will never be repeated in 500 years!

Are you really saying 1997-2000 was better than 2000-2003? There is also an argument that 2005-2008 was a better stretch.

@@silverguard8105all three “eras” standing alone were HOF worthy- any other golfer with the stats of one of those three would have been in the Hall.

“Tiger, like any normal 21 year old” 😭🤣
    Also…
“…and to thank your mother and father for what a fine young man they have made”
People ran out of what to say. 😂 The Big Cat was both artist and engineer and no one had ever seen anyone play the game as he did.

I was all about the baggy clothes in the 90s, I think most people were, and Tiger was no exception. Look at how long the sleeves are on his shirt and how wide the pants are. And honestly, we didn't have a choice. There was no such thing as fitted clothes for men back then, we didn't have slim fit or trim fit or tailored fit, that didn't occur until around the mid 2000s.
