Woods trailed by four strokes on Sunday before firing a back-nine 30 to turn the deficit into a three-shot victory over Vijay Singh. Woods carded rounds of 68-67-74-64, setting the Sherwood Country Club course record on Sunday.

This whole video is great lesson on how your bad shots have no influence on hitting your next one good. He hits the ball all over this golf course, some shots are frankly terrible for him, but he also hits a lot of really good shots and wins. Never thinks himself out of it
His recovery and short game were always dialed in, even when his driver wasn't working. His mental game was superior.

He never wears baggy pants now. Strange to see it back then. If he wore pants that fit better, how much more dominant he might have been. Not only his pants were too big, his shirts from the 90’s and early 2000’s were one size too big as well.

Instead, it says “Every shot.” Given cameras are constantly on Tiger when he plays, it’s not exactly unreasonable to expect “every shot” meant “every shot.”

That driver's shaft looks shorter than normal.
He used a 43.5 inch steel shaft in 2001. I think 44 was standard at the time.
Average length on tour is over an inch shorter than they sell stock drivers. Those guys don't need the length for the distance, and it makes a huge difference in accuracy. But the average amateur would be better off chopping 2 inches off their driver 100%
