  • Turkey & Spinach Skillet
    Ingredients
    6 ounces turkey-breast tenderloins
    1/8 tsp salt
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 cup long grain rice
    3/4 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 cup chicken broth, divided
    2 cups spinach
    2/3 cup diced plum tomatoes(about 2 medium)
    3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    STEP 1
Cut turkey into bite-size slices; sprinkle with salt. Heat oil in medium skillet
    over medium-high heat.
    STEP 2
Add turkey slices; cook and stir until lightly browned. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat to low. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Return turkey to skillet. Stir in rice, Italian seasoning and black pepper.
    STEP 3
Reserve about 2 tbsp chicken broth. Stir remaining broth into mixture in skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, until rice is tender, about 14 minutes.
    STEP 4
Stir in spinach and reserved broth. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed and spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are heated through. Serve hot with Parmesan.

Thank you for your question😊I used silica gel crystals, the brand is Activa, which I purchased at a Michaels store. I place a layer of the crystals in a container, then nestle the flower in and gently pour over more crystals until it is completely covered. I store the container in an area in the house which is cool and dark. I started them throughout the summer, and just now uncovered them, but they require less time to dry. The silica gel I purchased came with a guide for drying times for different types of flowers.

I wish you would make more videos, I like the variety of activities and that you do not fast forward on the slower tasks, oops, spoke to soon. My heart rushes if you do that. Please keep it slow, thats the whole idea.
