I'm assuming you didn't play the first game, but while this game could be considered to be fine or fun(don't want to say you're wrong to find it fun) the game is horrible as a sequel to the first game so far. It's trying to be like other games like hades and such instead of a better Wizard of Legend game. Again, happy that you like it, but just want to let you know that most of the community that played the first game dislike or hate this one so far.

That sucks to hear :( I bought the og on mobile a while ago but never ended up playing. In your opinion, is it salvageable as a sequel or is the WoL community going to just ignore/avoid it altogether? Thanks for the insight!!

@@itsajoll If they make a lot of changes it could be savalgable, but I'm not optimistic to be honest. If you go to the demo and check out the discuissions tab you can actually see what everyone's issues with the game is. At this point we're just hoping they pay attention to the feedback and that the full release is much better than the demo. Also I would 100% recommend playing the original if you like roguelikes and the premise, it's one of the best ones out there. Ideally play it would controller, but keyboard and mouse can work.

@@DraconaiiI’m definitely going to play the original!! It’s still in demo so I hope the listen to the player base that’s stuck with them from the first game. I’d hate to see something that looks so lovable lose its charm and favor with its core audience :/

@@itsajoll Certainly, like mentioned before, it truly feels like they didn't play the first game and has none of the first game's charm.

@@Draconaii took your advice and got the first WoL today and…yeahhhh compared to the first game, this second game feels so bland. It sort of plays similar but even the way the relics and stuff work is different. Maybe the demo was made into a playable arena style and we’ll get that extra bit of story buff (and a return to WoL mechanics?) for the release. Now it’s time for me sink an ungodly amount of time into the OG Wizard of Legend.
