You can actually, get up to the bridge of the treehouse. Above the wooden door you can't get into is a little ledge, and from there you can jump upto the platform of the guant pokeball and then fall down to the bridge

it was a blocked zone!

@@leafcrossingg yes it is from many sides, however if you follow these steps you can get to the pokeball and base of the treehouse, I have done it myself

Once you complete the Indigo Disk, you can get to the treehouse. However, there still doesn't seem to be any way inside.
