Nice theory, i think you forgot a scene on the trailers where he hides while hearing his sister and the player or something similar, through the direct i had all the time a sense that he would be evil or would be manipulated by ogerpon

You can actually, get up to the bridge of the treehouse. Above the wooden door you can't get into is a little ledge, and from there you can jump upto the platform of the guant pokeball and then fall down to the bridge
it was a blocked zone!
@@leafcrossingg yes it is from many sides, however if you follow these steps you can get to the pokeball and base of the treehouse, I have done it myself
