Dorinda ,I got myself a Sourdough Home!! I have had it 3 days and made 2 loaves so far!! Turning out wonderful. My house temp is colder than my Sourdough likes. So I am keeping my Sourdough Home on 80* F. If I want to slow it down I can set it on 40*F 🎉 then I am not trying to drive my husband crazy about the light in the oven!!
Derinda I kinda like the moist rise in my oven. I do this with a pan of warm water in my over it heated to 170*F then turn it off and turn oven light on to keep moisture and warmth in oven. With a veg sprayed covered bowl. 🎉 Can we do this in bread machine or is it to large? TU ❤

I think it could be a little large for the machine.
