Your decision makes sense. I love my RTV X1100C but your new machine will meet your needs better and still provide a nice cab to work in. Hope your healing is going well, but in the meantime your Dad and Karen are doing a great job of entertaining us!
It actually isn't too bad. The seat will turn 30 degrees to the left or right. I turn it to the right and then run the tractor speed with my left foot... it is pretty comfy and I do not get any neck strain...
@@OakMountainAcotts I could imagine doing that in an area that was relatively straight and flat. Where I live we have steep hills and twisty driveways and roads so I don't think it would work. It's too bad because the set up looks great!
Wow! That was a funny video with Mr. Charlie! Congratulations on the acquisition! Working from a heated cab will be very nice! The size of this machine is very good too! Thanks!
How's she goin'? I think this is a nice upgrade and the use from this tractor will far outweigh the loses from the RTV!! Congrats and I think Charlie likes it!! Take 'er easy and I hope you're recovering from your surgery well!!
Hi Jason: Wishing you a speedy recovery. I think you made a great decision. I have a Bobcat CT 5558 with a cab. A cabbed tractor is fantastic. You can get a 3 point dump bed or Carry All if you need to haul things around.
I think Oak Mountain will get good use of the new tractor. Many more ways to use it vs. the side-by-side. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Jason! But, no worries, you have a good team taking care of things in the meantime.
Excellent Choice! Especially with the snow removal attachments for it! I think you made a great decision and will likely have lot more out of it than the side by side! All you need now is a good skidding winch for it . That was a game changer for me! Have a great recovery until then!
@@OakMountainAcotts I have the Wallenstein FX85 with the remote control and it s been a wonder. o don t have the HST to deal with since i switch to the M7060 with manual 6 speeds.
@@OakMountainAcotts It really is and I have been really happy with it. I strongly recommend to get the synthetic rope though instead of the cable. And the self releasing directional pulley as well.
Excellent feedback. I haven’t used it much yet but I can already see the versatility with a 4wd 40hp tractor. Quick attach is a game changer… not sure why I waited so long!
Awesome. Karen and Charlie are doing a bang up job but hoping to see you back on your feet soon. So you don't feel too lonely, I'm also on the sideline for another 10 days... I'll race you out the door lol
Great tractor choice to do logging in the winter. The snow pusher and blower that you got should make easy work of keep your driveway and parking areas clear. I will say Charlie is quite the character on camera. How long did it take Jason to notice Charlie's prank? LOL
You are going in the right direction but with the amount of land you own you only went half a step with this one IMO. I would have gone with a M7060 hydraulic shift, likely 20 - 25 grand more but you could have sold the Kubota B for nearly that much. You gained 4x4 and a cab over the old B-414 but no gain on HP and sheer weight. I am sorry to hear you sold the Honda ATV, it seemed to work well with your small timber trailer. BTW I am the one who called the RTV a luxury item,. glad to hear you are recovering well from your surgery.
thats sames the l4760 we love it and was way alot cheaper at our kubota then paying rediclas $89,600 for a small 35hp deere alone at the deere dealer here wich was rediclas @@OakMountainAcotts

Thanks! I’ll be back in business soon…
lol when “Dad” rolled out from the parked position he got right after it. Revved it up and took off. Congrats. 💐👍.
I think he likes to roll coal!
Ahh, I just can't get over snowblowing in reverse... Nice tractor!

Thanks Mike! I’m healing well and will be back in action soon. I can’t believe how useful the modern tractors are… love it!
Hoping for your rapid recovery. And don't sweat the channel duties - your dad's a natural!
He’s got things covered! Thanks for watching.
Thanks Karen and Charlie, great choice.
Thanks Mark!
Congratulations, beautiful looking machine.
Thanks. Can't wait to try it in the woods!

That is the winch I am looking at… seems like a nice unit!

@sebastienweisser4839 I’m not sold on synthetic yet… it seems like it would be easy to fray it if you rubbed a rock or tree?
Your Dad is very good and funny 😂
Thanks Michel… we like him!
Good job charlie. Jason I hope you’re he recovery is going good. I think you made a good decision moving up to a bigger tractor.she’s a beauty 😊
Thanks Bob! Can’t wait to get the winch on and hit the hardwood stand!
Congratulations
Thanks Brian!
You will love the 4060, I have a open station L4060 for use on my horse farm, no complaints at all.

Nice addition to the fleet! Hope you are fully on the mend.
Thanks Frank! Healing nicely…
Hoping for a speedy recovery... See ya soon
Thanks, I’ll be back soon!
Hey Jason, hope you are on the mend because if you are not your dad will definitely take over the show. Great video, get well soon.
Thanks Wayne. I want Dad on camera more but he tells me he is in high demand!
Hope you get well fast😊
Almost ready to go!
Wishing Jason a speedy recoup ❤❤
Thank you. Recovery is going well!
Your dad did a great job Hope your doing good as well .
See you should have bought the old toyota like i sugesed in stead of the kobota 😂😂
Thanks, all is well on the Mountain. May end up in an old Tacoma yet!
i love mine and so dose my blueheeler
That’s awesome! I’m saving up for something else… still undecided…

He’s quite a card… he can operate that old kubota whenever he likes!
Nice machine guys. Are you keeping the smaller B2650?
Hi Chris, we are keeping the 2601 for now… who knows what we’ll do down the road!
Nice. I think I suggested a 4x4 tractor, in that video. 🤔🤷🏻♂️
See, I do listen!

Why didn't you go for a JCB tracked teleskid?
I’ll have to check those machines out. Do they have a 3 point hitch and a pto?
