Thanks so much for creating these videos!! You're truly a gem!! I came across your channel about a week ago and have been raving to my husband about it. We've been watching your videos left and right, its my new favorite pastime I swear😄. They've been super helpful for us and I love all the details you provide and showing of the areas. Were preparing to make a move to GA. We love it there! We will definitely be keeping you in mind when we move. Keep doing what you do! You're a Godsend!
Thank you so much for your video, I am new to GA and I am looking to buy in the area and this made me feel so excited to move to the ATL suburbs and cities!
Just came across your videos today and subscribed! My fiancee and I want to relocate to the Atlanta area next year and your breakdowns of the stats along with the tours of different towns and suburbs are super helpful!
Enjoying the videos man….best one out giving great information plus actual tours we need to see before moving to a certain area in Atlanta and surrounding cities thank you again for the videos! 💪🏿
I’m a new subscriber but I truly appreciate these videos. I’m moving to Atlanta in May 2023 and your videos are really helpful because it’s giving me a chance to learn about the different areas. Great job! Also, if you haven’t done so can you do the Dunwoody area. That’s the location that I would like to move to.
Thanks, Raymond; good job on the Norcross video. Do you know anything about Dover Place townhomes in Norcross? Is it a nice area and do most residents own their townhomes. Could not find any reviews.
@@shamalama29 in my opinion -just mine- it doesn’t have much & some areas are kind of dusty. I feel like you have to go to Duluth, Lawrenceville, or back to the city to do a lot of stuff. Downtown Norcross has some pretty good restaurants though. I love the Mexican restaurant down there.
Yes unless you work from home and seldomly go out. Otherwise, you’ll find have a car so much easier versus public transportation. Now Norcross does have public transportation by the name of Gwinnett County transit.
I live in the southern part of the city near Lilburn and I cannot stand all the trash that people throw in the road and all of these idiots out here drifting their cars

Hi Latanya, no unfortunately I am not familiar with Dover Place in particular but I'll do some due diligence on it and get back to you.
thank you looking for a home in GA.
can you do a video near the airport with a good school rating and a safe zone
Hi. My recommendation on areas near the airport are already on the channel. Check this one out:

Good review of a great suburb. Not nitpicking but sure to check your diction, it is pronounced "Library" not "Liberry". Overall great review.
😂😂😂 welcome to the south my guy! We don’t always speak perfect English in Georgia. Thanks for watching!
Bro that's near me thanks next to Norcross elementary school
I live around there
I currently live in norcross & downtown/historic norcross is cute… has a couple good restaurants there. The rest of norcross though - not my fav.
Why? just curious.

do you need a car to live in norcross

@@raymondrileyjr thank you so much . any suggestions for nice areas close to public transportation
Norcross area is considered a crime ridden city and a big homeless problem, worst part of Gwinnett.
