That downhinge move is so tough for me. Im great at not dropping the hands and turning through but a lot of the time I have to save it with the late drop because it gets stuck behind me.

Hey dude, thought I’d offer some advise that worked for me. I did struggle with the downhinge. What worked for me was feeling like the hands stayed behind my shoulder blade as I started transition from my feet. This helped keep my lead arm high across my chest. The motion feels a little over the top but as long as the hands are trailing everything else and rotation is good. It’s guaranteed me delivery for the inside. Larry says it over and over again, sequencing is the key. As you start the downswing. Pressure ground, hip rotation, torso rotation, shoulders and very last hands come through. As soon as the hands get ahead the body will instinctively compensate to catch up, leading to coming out of posture.
Check out another Larry video that shows squat to downhinge.
Stick with it dude. Larry’s instruction is class

doing slowly at first and just chip through the ball is a good way to progress this =)

How do we do this while keeping eyes on the ball? I get lost and find myself looking way away from the ball.

Can you do a video on slow takeaway vs fast takeaway?

that's too player dependant, so probably not going to =)
