I've said this before but I have a theory about the creation of an incel. Growing up both men and women are told about true love through media and role models. As a young man grows up relationships become a kind of status symbol and sex is a marker of success among many men. This is combined with anecdotal experiences of the pre-incel seeing good women stay with abusive or toxic men while being disregarded by the same women. This creates a disconnect between what they have been told, (Be a kind person and you will find love), and the reality they experience. Sex also becomes shorthand for a successful relationship which is why many women perceive the incels to be so focused on it. Eventually the only way to reconcile the difference in what they were told and what they experienced is to rationaize with reasons why they are not good for the women they like. This leads to thinking that women only care about looks of men because that's what their experience reinforces, which spirals into a belief in genetic differences and eventually hatred for a world that they felt lied to them. I personally think incels are the direct result of a world that claims there is true love but in reality many are left behind without it.
It's interesting because for us, "femoids", if we want to attract men we need to throw our glasses, getting fit, being blonde and being subservient and bubbly ( that's the thing that the media told us through movies and series ). You're either lucky or young. Humans are naturally social creatures, and are still drawn to others if they're introverted. Studies have even shown that severe loneliness leads to shortened lifespans. The real problem is people thinking they need large friend groups when even 1 or 2 are fine if the connections are genuine.
Years ago I went on a deep dive of these communities and after reading, documenting and collating many of the things I read I concluded that these were the bullied kids who fell into extreme depression. Depression fucks your brain, really bad, there are studies on how depression can change how you can perceive things, in ways similar to other mental conditions. The worst one is probably the sense of inefficacy, an absolute conviction that nothing you do can change anything. Another horrible effect of depression is the twisting of things to be negative and directed at the self, think paranoia with a side of mishearing everything to be an insult. I genuinely feel bad for these people, in the same sort of ways I feel bad for drug addicts. I just want to help them, but I don't know what would really help. Maybe the reason I care so much is because I could have been one. I fit the criteria to be an incel, hell I could say that about being a drug addict too. I like to think I am just a stronger person, but it is absurd to say my friends and family had nothing to do with it. Both of those options are equally depressing, because either they just weren't strong enough, or they weren't lucky enough.

I've said this before but I have a theory about the creation of an incel. Growing up both men and women are told about true love through media and role models. As a young man grows up relationships become a kind of status symbol and sex is a marker of success among many men. This is combined with anecdotal experiences of the pre-incel seeing good women stay with abusive or toxic men while being disregarded by the same women. This creates a disconnect between what they have been told, (Be a kind person and you will find love), and the reality they experience. Sex also becomes shorthand for a successful relationship which is why many women perceive the incels to be so focused on it. Eventually the only way to reconcile the difference in what they were told and what they experienced is to rationaize with reasons why they are not good for the women they like. This leads to thinking that women only care about looks of men because that's what their experience reinforces, which spirals into a belief in genetic differences and eventually hatred for a world that they felt lied to them. I personally think incels are the direct result of a world that claims there is true love but in reality many are left behind without it.

I got cheated on in every relationship I had in high-school, I eventually started working out , reading philosophy (Buddhism and stoicism), and just focusing on learning to love myself. Years ago I went on a deep dive of these communities and after reading, documenting and collating many of the things I read I concluded that these were the bullied kids who fell into extreme depression. Depression fucks your brain, really bad, there are studies on how depression can change how you can perceive things, in ways similar to other mental conditions. The worst one is probably the sense of inefficacy, an absolute conviction that nothing you do can change anything. Another horrible effect of depression is the twisting of things to be negative and directed at the self, think paranoia with a side of mishearing everything to be an insult. I genuinely feel bad for these people, in the same sort of ways I feel bad for drug addicts. I just want to help them, but I don't know what would really help.
Maybe the reason I care so much is because I could have been one. I fit the criteria to be an incel, hell I could say that about being a drug addict too. I like to think I am just a stronger person, but it is absurd to say my friends and family had nothing to do with it. Both of those options are equally depressing, because either they just weren't strong enough, or they weren't lucky enough.

The biggest mistake people make with incels is assuming we are all sad women hating edgelords when that is simply not true. Some of us are incels (like myself) simply because of circumstances beyond our control. My main barrier is that I am autistic and have trouble with communication, another is that I am below average in regards to looks and third is that I have no career prospects. Now two of those barriers I could solve with time and money, the main barrier will always be there no matter how much I try I am always going to be "different".
It annoys me that by being an incel I am automatically labelled to be a bad person when it comes to women. I am not angry at women for something that just is.
but your mindset towards women is bad, wrong and superficial. do you know how many women are in long-term relationship with jobless, unattraktive, incapable of proper communication men? millions. but these men see women as humans first and foremost and don't demand to be married by a hot, rich super model but are able to commit long-term to another person, not see women as objects to attain and "get" and have in your life mainly for physical interaction. not just not hating women is not enough! respecting and seeing them as human beings before all else is and should be the baseline. it is concerning that you basically seem to brag about it, that you don't hate women. when this is the least a men should even think of, it's disturbing. unless you improve your mindset and really question your outlook on women, you'll never be able to get any honest connection with them. and from what you write and identify with the incel label, which is toxic thinking in itself, it doesn't seem that you're after any honest connection at all anyways. you objectify yourself, label yourself and for you it's all about being a virgin or not, nothing else really. otherwise you wouldn't claim to be an incel. you need to get some depth into your life and mindset, otherwise you'll always only scratch on the mere surface of life.
