Nice videos and channel. How would you compare the Explorer 124270 to the OP34 124200? I’m debating between the two…. I have smaller wrists 6.25” and leaning toward the OP34. What do you think?
Id have to say... bracelet on the 124270 is too good. But nice to see a strap option for the odd lug width. What tool did you use to remove the explorer bracelet?
Thank you! It’s a high quality bracelet, but just wish they kept the 20mm lug width or at least did a less aggressive taper. The taper down to 14mm just makes the watch look rather dainty, like an op34. Just my two cents though. I used a Bergeon 7825! Crazy expensive tool, but it’s worth it.
Looks nice with the NATO. I got a Hodinkee black distressed leather strap for my Explorer 124270, but the case rubs on the strap. I noticed it's a tight fit because the lug holes are close to the case. So a thin strap in a must on present day Rolex. How does your NATO fit? Any issues? I live in Chicago (Riverside IL) as well. The snow turned more like slush the other day.
Thank you! Yes, I have noticed that the strap sits quite close to the case. I kind of have to do some extra finagling to install it. However, once installed it’s very secure! Same thing with the nato. The snow has been outrageous! Stay warm and safe, and happy holidays!
My friend, that Hodinkee UTE NATO doesn't deserve to be paired with the awesome 124270. I have one and it's starting to fray at the edges pretty badly already. The fabric is not that refined for the price (although it's strong). Also it doesn't have a floating keeper.
I agree it’s not the best quality out there especially at the price point! I was curious about Hodinkee straps but they are definitely overpriced for what you get
@@watchyourstyle thanks for the video. So good to see the lovely 124270 out and about. I have been using Barton watch bands and they are very good quality and lots to choose from.
How did I miss this? Finally some love for the NATO 🎉🎉🎉
Those UTE natos are extremely comfortable and congrats on all your growth brother!
Appreciate it brother!! I do love me a good nato from time to time 😎
nice new here😍
Happy snowy Christmas ! 🎄
Thank you! You too ⛄️
I prefer on Oyster bracelet but looks really cool on Nato strap. Happy New Year to you and many thanks for this video.
I live in Crystal Lake. Awesome Video. I own the two tone explorer1
Thanks for the support, fellow Chicagoan! Happy new year 🎊

I'm not a fan of NATO, but I have to admit that the Explorer looks great on it
Which spring bar pliers do you use?

@@watchyourstyle I think its relative. The speedmaster tapers from 20mm, down to 1mm smaller at 13mm! And its lovely!
