I believe that the victim was drunk and being disorderly in Albert's home and a fight ensured..while the fight was happening the dog was attacking the victim while he was on the floor...I've seen this before. It wasn't an ambush.

I’m just catching up. This is my first video today. Did he have an iPhone? My phone only rings if someone on my favorite list calls. Other calls go straight to voicemail. I have several friends that put do not disturb on at night so it only rings for family. But I don’t know about phones that aren’t iPhones.

I agree there is not enough to convict her. There are other cases like the daybell case, there is so much facts of guilt, he should have took a plea deal. Karen is right in fighting this case.

We haven't seen the full case, yet. The prosecution hasn't even gone over the primary evidence and the whole key to the case.

If that judge doesn’t realize she’s host not just to testifying dirty cops and their equally dirty relatives and friends, but also to a highly suspect prosecution and law enforcement establishment, then she’s dirty too. All that blood most likely soaked into the flooring of the Albert's basement. A few months later the Albert"s had that flooring ripped out and new flooring put in and then they sold the home. Also Brian Albert admitted to getting rid of his dog and his phone.
Autopsy shows John was beaten to death -blood soaked thru the cement slab in the basement and they tore the cement slab out before selling the house

Why not include one of the professionals from RUclips's Behavior Panel on your show for a second opinion. They regularly stress that they are not able to determine if someone is telling the truth or not. Rather, they point out when body language is congruent with the language spoken or if it might possibly indicate deception among other emotions. That would provide more balanced opinions rather than just one person who may be quick to judge.
Some seem to be still working for gov etc and can be biased themselves imo, so don't know which ones would be thorough.

Body language reading is as subjective as subjective gets. It is the epitome of the meaning of the word subjective. The lawyer is fairly antagonistic, I think we can agree on that because he needs to be; accusation of a different crime is the very nature of their defense. He is acting 'as a prosecutor would' toward a hostile witness and on top of that, questioning as though they were hostile and none of them were. That being said, to me, his attitude strips away at each witness' patience when he tries to qualify the slightest of things and even divides witnesses Grand Jury sentences in half. Brian clenching his jaw can simply be that he is holding himself back from lashing out at the arrogance and accusations of the lawyer by saying something stupid. I thought all the witnesses were credible today but I also know that half this board sees it different than I do. To me, the whole phone thing is stupid. What is 9 or 18 seconds on even an 'answered' phone call good for? If there were something to it, the two men could have made up some dumb conversation they had more easily than denying they spoke. The same thing with the big deal the defense makes about Colin. Everybody saw him leaving when they were entering. They were asked, "who was there at the 'afterparty', so to speak. I would not have included him either.
She's also "analysing" the body language retrospectively.
I thought the witnesses seemed credible too, just irritated by a load of dumb questions, especially the phone stuff.

To the body language expert..-I WOULD be worried while telling my version of events if im innocent of a crime and I am being accused of it.
Your body language expert made HUGE leaps in saying Karen did not do this. Totally irresponsible conclusion. It would be fair to say Brian’s body language suggested deception, but she cannot conclude the nature of his deception unless she’s clairvoyant.

The defense has been quite weak and their tactics transparent. I don't know if Karen did it or not, probably did in my opinion, but i don't buy the defense narrative that someone or some persons in the house harmed him.
