Nah, the show got the sizes in the first half right I'm pretty sure.
They made them all grow super fast after Season 5/6 though, to make then more viable to the plot for battles.

@@lucasv8230 I think they can do one from Aegon to Maegor and when Jaeherys becomes King, just like Aegon lll will become here at the end. Both their rules are not that interesting for TV and can be skipped, with a similar ending.

For only being old enough to count on two hands, Drogon was big. I think he has the potential to become at least as big as Vhagar if not bigger, since he has no rider to ride him into battle anymore. Game of Thrones dragons never stop growing until they die. Imagine how big he would be in 10 years, let alone a few hundred! They can live up to several centuries. Just some fun facts 😊

Well it's a popular fan theory that drogon is from the Brood of balerion and dreamfyre since his head shape is similar to that of balerions skull, and he looks similar to dreamfyre in the series. As for why rhaegal and viserion are smaller than drogon (other than being locked away for years, he was the biggest from hatching anyway) is their colours. Balerion and drogon have similar colours which perhaps suggest drogon takes more after his father and the other two take after their mother, the much smaller dragon.

It's not that crazy . Caraxes was in his prime and Vhagar was old , lazy , slow . Obviously Vhagar in her prime with Visenya as her rider would make short work of any dragon except Balerion and Vermithor

Caraxes wasn't in his prime he was still fairly young for a dragon.

I know im super later but Mind Q has a rlly good video calculating Vhagars real size in the show vs Drogon and Smaug.. i think Vhagar was actually closer to 250’ which is around 76.2 Meters.. also Drogon is around 130’ (~40 meters). Idk about book sizes though so maybe thats what its referring to

You guys need to remember that a lot of these dragons in hotd were chained and kept in the dragon pit and it stunted their growth . Just as how dragon was biggier then rhaegal and viserion because they were chained up also . When dragons are left to roam free they get biggier

That is true about her being the same size as Balerion was in the conquest but she was never bigger than Balerion whatsoever and you got to remember balerion wasn't at full size during the conquest, he was still massive and the biggest during conquest but was still growing.

Helaena could never. Dreamfyre would be a force to be reckoned with for sure. But our sweet girl Helaena just doesn't have the personality to be a warrioress.
Some of them don't even appear in the series (they are in GoT), while others don't appear while they were part of the Dance. Where is Vermithor? Sunfyre? Moondancer? Tyraxes? Tessarion? Sheepstealer?
Missing Vermithor and Sunfyre (most beautiful dragon) overall really cool though great job!
People always over estimate the size of drogon. Yes he was bigger than the other two but definitely not bigger than a lot of the dragons in hotd where the dragons are much much older

Dreamfyre looks like white version of Drogon/ Balerion. To be honest for me Dreamfyre, Drogon, Arax and Syrax are the most beautiful dragons.

All sizes are from different season ans times... Vermax by the end of season 1 appeared and waa way bigger with jacaerys flying on him. Viserion and Rhaegal were this size only in season 5 locked away in the pyramids.

Dany's dragons were only about 7 years old by the end of the series. How can Drogon be bigger than Seasmoke or Syrax who are both more than twice that age by the start of HotD? And Syrax and Caraxes are also siblings from the same clutch of eggs... so how can Caraxes be so much bigger?
