In my opinion, the fact that the Cannibal is bigger the Balerion, it is logical that he was the longest among the Targaryens, but this does not mean that he was the biggest dragon in the world, I think that wild dragons were even bigger.

No one knows the size of cannibal. Theres no evidence. Other than it kills most dragons, meaning it can take on average sizes with ease, doesnt mean its big, just skilled.
