holy shit now THAT IS a fuckin Movie Masterpiece some ingenious use of inverted panels and engineering to achieve his robot mode, and seemingly structurally sound too. AND not being super fiddly to transform, relatively simple (except for maybe the skirts of his tank mode and how those fold up, but it looks like those are sculpted and hinge in such a way it's unambiguous what direction they're supposed to go) and they busted out this kinda engineering for BRAWL?? whose only role in the film was showing up in the final act of the film and being a Dark Souls boss for the humans and Autobots to fight while Optimus tangos with Megatron _actually_ fucking impressive on Hasbro's part I hope this means better Movie Masterpiece figures to come, possibly an Optimus 2.0 with his DotM look
After so many mediocre attempts 2007 Decepticon Brawl done absolute justice. While the original Leader is still a nicely sized and fun toy this fixes so many of the problems while still having articulation, and brilliant engineering that looks leagues simpler than some previous MP releases. Surprised to see he scales about the same as Bonecrusher as I thought he'd be bigger.
Reminds me why I Love Watching this channel. The hands are relaxed and each part is moved in a clear and fluid motion. Not to mention the best choice of music 😊
Epps was right when he said "why do the Decepticons ALWAYS get the good shit?!" All of the MPM Decepticons have ranged from good to great! While the MPM Autobots have mostly been pretty mid. Jazz was good, though!
This Brawl is completely unlike the others, MPM Blackout had an issue that I experienced first hand: his waist bit. (and It broke my heart because I'm a massive Blackout fangirl) If you know what I'm talking about, you know. it's a step in his transformation into helicopter mode that I call "The click of Death" This certain piece was WAY too tight, you actually had to file something down so that it wouldn't stress out his waist in his transformation. This Brawl however is a complete game changer. the vehicle almost VANISHES with no part issues. Nothing feels flimsy, and it's all been thoroughly thought out. That's so rare on an official figure these days Also the way the arms, back, and legs work is just... that's INCREDIBLE.
Maybe the best movie TF design, and they did a great job on him. A lot of that transformation seems almost 3rd-party. And the damaged parts and blast effects are a very nice bonus.
I seriously didn't know that the tank that Brawl was, was an actually tank that had two turrets. Also are these the same guys that made that Blackout figure? Because if they are then oh my gosh! Those guys are geniuses! And I can't believe they even made a battle-damaged arm for Brawl!
Brawl should of had the tank tracks as the feet instead of the shoulder pieces that would of freed the shoulders for more armor the tracks as the shoulder pieces looks ugly in my eyes it just dosent suit the ascetics of brawl when his vehicle mode is a tank if his transformer form in bipod mode was a humanoid armed cybertroian then that would of went well with his base tank form
some one please tell me im not the only one who sees Gorilla arms on ampm figure...so close SO CLOSE to perfect..thats my only issue that i can see, i get hes ment to be hulking and imposing but...gorilla arms...come on, this is a tad bit disapointing after the brillint work put into the mpm bonecrusher figure.
@@topbackpodcast2615 sure, it's different alright... like a totally different franchise. There have been some fantastic reimaginings of the franchise of the last 40 years... Bayverse just ain't one of them.
@@TheTruthHz to each its own my friend. While the bayformers have awful designs, some of the designs, specifically from the first film, are considered iconic now. A lot of Transformers in the past with the exception of G1, Beast Wars and maybe Transformers Prime, have been forgotten unless you’re a hardcore TF fan.
@@topbackpodcast2615 That's quite possibly true, but let's not use the popular vote as the metric for excellence. @@TheTruthHz I hear what you're saying my friend but you're speaking wayy too subjectively. I know YOU don't like Bayformers, but there are a lot of people, including myself, that have appreciated the designs over time. Just as I agree with this statement, the figure is so great, it makes the Studio Series version go into depression.
They gotta- practice for Jetfire now that the first movies MPs are done and dusted.

This is perhaps the best movie Masterpiece figure. The battle damage effect parts are a great touch as well.

good thing it was only Brawl in the first movie, cause it the other combaticons were there, they'd be in trouble if they combined into Bruticus.

I'm not the biggest fan of the Bay designs but the MPM Line is (almost) always fantastic at having vehicle parts become robot parts in an accurate way
Amazing!! Interesting how the body transformation is so similar to the studio series :0
excelent your action figure transformers movie series masterpiece Brawl, friend colorRtouchToys
Props to Shu-san for letting Brawl have full neck articulations. His addiction with head swivels should be kept in check.

That severed hand gimmick. Didnt see it coming :)
Yep. 10x better than the original. Awesome
That transformation is insane
