ACA P-50 Siren Test | 2 Alerts & 3 Growls | Richland Hills, TX (8/4/21)

Second of three tests from this first Wednesday. Not sure why Richland Hills reactivated. I came here after hearing the "fast wail" like growls they did the previous month via an ambience and wasn't disappointed.
Richland Hills, like much of Tarrant County, tests their sirens on the first Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM, if the skies aren't threatening.
