THREE Different Mechanical Bells! West Wheatland Road Railroad Crossing - Duncanville, Texas
My good friend Porter (@TheCentralTexasRailfan) was in town for a night last January, so him and I decided to go chase the BNSF Ward local the following morning. Despite the relatively good condition of the trackage throughout Cedar Hill and Duncanville, the Ward industrial spur still retains a 10 MPH speed limit throughout the entirety of the spur. As such, it was incredibly easy chasing this short train up on the nearby roads. My first recording took place at this crossing.

After Ennis and a failure in Hutchins, I headed over to the town of DeSoto's P-50 with several other people, located behind the Big Lots in town. This was the loudest siren that I have ever heard. ACA P-50 Siren Test (Alert) - Bedford, Texas

After Richland Hills replaced their sirens earlier this year, this is the last active P-50 in Tarrant County. This siren is located at the Taco Bell off of Harwood Road, near TX-121. Bedford, like much of Tarrant County, tests their sirens on the first Wednesday of each month @ 1:00 PM.

Headed up to Denton to record this T-128 at Pecan Creek elementary school. This siren recently got new controls, hence the custom attack signal. Not super thrilled with the way the video came out. The city of Denton tests their T-128s on the first Wednesday of each month @ 12:00 Noon.

Finally got around to editing this. I basically just sat down and watched as the rotator had a stroke and came back from the dead about 30 seconds into the test, which made me lose it. Roanoke tests their six sirens on the first Wednesday of each month at 2:00 PM.

Yes there is! Fort Worth had several more older siren documentations. Owen Sanders and The Siren Seekers had a few of them uploaded if I remember correctly.

Could you record the T-128 in Ennis, TX next Wednesday if the weather is the same on that day as it is today?
Sorry, but my first wednesdays are VERY limited and driving over an hour just for a T-128 is not at all practical.
