Kilimanjaro Lemosho Route Keith OMalley Farrell

If you've ever wondered what the beautiful Lemosho route is like to take while climbing to the top of Kilimanjaro then check this video out.
We took a group of about 28 people all the way to the summit with Summit Expeditions and The Physical Training Company based in Dubai and had one of the most amazingly successful and memorable expeditions.

Did this route this year in late Jan/Early Feb and had incredibly clear weather the entire time. Watching this video makes me wish I took footage too 😅 what an incredible experience

Are trekking poles a required equipment?

Not compulsary but it's recommended, they take a lot of the weight of your upper body and back pack and help with stability going up and down steep sections. You can rent them from most hotels/tour operators when you get there.
