I'm new here and so thankful that I found your wonderful page! Thank you so much for all of your amazing inspiration! I look forward to seeing so much more. I didn't move a bit while watching this 3+ hour long video. You and your talent are so appriciated! Happy New Year to you and your family.
When I was growing up on my grandparents ' old dairy farm in the 60's,"Pa" ( my 90 year old Great - Grandfather) owned a truck( same color, same look) just like this one. I've got to make one in his memory. Beautiful!!
With the little ceramic red truck, where you used the ornament which looks like a sign.."fresh cut trees", my suggestion would be a way to cover the backside of the "sign" would be to glue two together back to back and remember to secure the wire between them both. This way the truck ornament with the trees and tiny snowman can be enjoyed from both sides. Also, there is no need to fill the hole in this ornament "sign" if you hot glue the mini bow over the hole, you can add a bow to each side. Love your projects! Ontario, 🇨🇦 CANADA
Looks like the sky in Oregon today, before they made it rain. I'm sure there's some special stuff in it. My roses and grass love the cocktail of chemicals
I enjoy your channel. I suffer from insomnia. One night I fell asleep listening to you. Now when I can’t sleep I turn your channel on low and reverse my phone from the light. Your voice is soothing. Thank you. Sounds corny… but it beats sleeping pills.
No, not corny at all! My grandbaby is easily soothed to sleep with my voice. I sing to him and tell him little stories I make up. I’m happy to help you in any way I can. Besides, watching or listening to my videos helps my channel to grow. Listen away friend!
TIP: 1) Save your tabs off cans, and buy a box of very small screws and you have D rings for hanging projects for free! The screws will go right through them, as aluminum is soft. I've done this literally for decades! It works great! 2)You can also slip them over a hanger and hang a second hanger off the tab! Gives you two hangers for the space of one! God bless
I am so jealous about all the craft supplies you guys have there, I’m a crafter as well but I live in South Africa and we don’t have much and if we do find some supplies, it’s so expensive because it’s coming from America. I see all these videos of the crafterS and I drool over the craft items available to yourll. We don’t have the equivalent of your dollar store or the other craft shops. I see the shabby tree..when Barb goes into the shops and shows all that’s available, yourll are so lucky..keep crafting.
Vashi, I’m so sorry you can’t get the supplies you desire to get crafty. I know I am blessed and we in the US certainly have lots of opportunities to acquire affordable things. I really appreciate that you watch my videos. I’m happy to have you here. ☺️
I understand how frustrating this must seem to you! As a young farmers wife in rural New York State with a crafters heart and really tight budget, I learned to focus on free items from nature, such as cornhusks, pine cones, cattails, and historical crafts! Our ancestors used what they had and we treasure their creations, such as quilts, cornhusk dolls, and rag rugs! Maybe you have fabric and glue, I made a ribbon bow from flannel painted with watered down school glue! I would search RUclips for projects made with materials available to you! Blessed and safe days!
Many many things can be done with very little. It is frustrating to not have many supplies. But get creative where you can because it is great for you. It is good for your mental state. Use items found in nature. I do that a lot. Use anything that's a "leftover" from something else. I recently made a wall hanging and i wanted some small mushrooms on it. Didn't have the time or money to get to the dollar store or anywhere else to get any small wooden or foam ones. So, i made some from cardboard. I freehanded drawing some on there and cut them out. I did cover them in a glue/spackle mixture. But even without that, they would have looked great by the time I was done painting them. And there are many recipes to make texture pastes and things like that from items most have in their kitchen. That would work as well to cover your cardboard. And it got my creativity flowing a lot because i thought, you can make almost anything like that. Stuff like cardboard and paper shouldn't be forgotten as craft supplies and they are very versatile. I remember using newspaper back in school for paper mache. And actually paper mache items are popular now. That would be a great craft and again, you can make anything with that. Never forget about the items all around you. In fact, some of my best creations have been those where i have had to get really creative with my supplies. I have gotten many compliments on the wall hanging with my cardboard mushrooms. Nobody can believe it when I tell them i made them from a simple piece of cardboard. Edit to tell you something i almost forgot. There are also recipes online for clay made with kitchen items. Mostly cornstarch. And if you can't get much, one item you should get if you can is a large bottle of school glue or PVC glue it's called in some places. You can decoupage with it watered down slightly. And it just can be used so many ways. I have actually made the cornstarch clay recipe before and made many things out of it and it is very sturdy. Made Christmas ornaments with it and I swear, you could throw those things across a room and they won't break, lol. It is very strong. So, maybe check that out and clay is also a very versatile item.
Your so talented love to watch your ideas ❤ i enjoy this so much and you give me so much inspiration 😊 Thank you and God Bless you for all that you do!😊
This is gorgeous thank you for ALL the tips! I’m so glad I’ve subscribed from the beginning with you. I have learned so much from you! I was a teacher for 34 years and you are such a natural and have a very easy manner! Thank you!
Girl, I feel you about having a rediculous amount of crafting supplies that haven't been used! I'm disabled and live with my parents where they gave me half of a small bedroom (the other half is their storage closet.) Anyway, my room is about 8'x10' and it is PACKED to the gills... I was actually messaging RUclipsrs that I watch to see if they wanted any of it or if I should just give it away on FB.
I went through a lot of my supplies last year and donated a big amount. Some other options if you want to scale down is take supplies to the nursing home. Many of them have little art classes and your donations would be very much appreciated. Call first and see before you make the trip with a heavy box. That would bless many folks.
I used the green with the white flakes on the Halloween wire frame, removed the bottom part of the hat rim and made a Christmas tree got to finish yet, it’s almost done looks beautiful!
I totally love the Aqua Sign so much better. ❤ This Framed Blue Truck is absolutely gorgeous 😍 💙 that burlap lace ribbon is one of my favorite. Yes I just used those ball floral pieces in a centerpiece and they were beautiful in it. This 3rd sign is also gorgeous 😍 💕 can't pick a favorite I'll take one of each please. 🙂😃 The Wreath is Breathtaking WOW I love the colors, but I love 💘 gold anyway.
You are very talented! I enjoyed your Dollar Tree 💵 video! I have that little truck tin, no idea to do w it, but you just gave me some ideas! Love all your DIYS! I would love to start mine own DIY RUclips but I’m just a little to slow, I get sally side track than go a different way to create my DIYs!
I love all of these diys. I love how you take your time to create such beauties and actually show us your thoughts, your process, and your options in materials...as well as selections. Thanks for sharing! Happy New Year!

I totally love and enjoy watching you, and your creativity! All of these creations are wonderful! I am anxious to see your 2022 creations for home! I love the rustic/shabby chic!! I also appreciate that you don’t have loud background music playing, I have quit watching multiple creators that have such loud music it interferes with their talking! Happy and Blessed New Year!!
At the bins you got a lil wooden box I got 3 at the thrift store 1 of them I painted white and decopodged it and made a tissue box out of it but the other 2 I'm stuck ? But I'm curious what you plan on doing with yours ? Help lol 😊
