I love that when you make an aged looking background you also make the image or words aged as well. I’ve found that when I see items that look aged with crisp, brand new looking wording or when the image or wording isn’t sized properly for the piece it drives me crazy. Maybe it’s the perfectionist in me? It just doesn’t look right. It takes work and patience to recreate an aged looking piece but it’s so worth it.

Brandy... I smiled for the entire 53 mins! You were so full of joy while doing your half-o-ween crafts. Yes, we love Halloween. I had Halloween Parties for my girls and their friends starting in middle school until they graduated high school. We have tons of cool decorations, fog machines, and outdoor and yard decor. Now we celebrate with our Granddaughter. Love all your "spooky" creations and can't wait to see what you do when Halloween approaches! Great job 😊

I’m a coffee drinker! 1 cup in the morning and then 1 cup in the afternoon, French roast is my favorite ❤️…I’m about to shop for Falloween ribbon ….I think my favorite craft today is the hocus pocus …. I’m a HUGE Hocus Pocus fan ….. All of these turned out so adorable…..September 1st I put all my Falloween decor up until Oct 31st….Fall is my favorite season, even though here in TX it doesn’t cool down till November 🥵, but I’m already crafting and getting my things ready, it takes my mind off the heat .

What is the "swirling stencil method" for painting? Do I quickly move a brush in a circle motion? Forgive me if this is dumb craft question, but I don't use stencils often.

@@Montanafelines Sometimes, when they don’t have what you are looking for, you can get inspired by something else they DO have. The techniques can be used in a lot of different ways, and ideas can come from the most unexpected things. I wouldn’t take it as a failure…but more like an opportunity to visualize what you can do with things they have at the moment. Halloween stuff is just starting to arrive now.🖤🇨🇦
