I have always been curious about whether Shawarma is a delicacy from the Middle East or Turkey. Why do some people say it is from the Middle East, while others say Turkey is its birthplace? Some places use tortilla to wrap meat, and some places use bread. Which one is the orthodox one? In any case, it is really a delicious and convenient street food! That dessert shop also has a Turkish style, and that Baklava looks very tempting. I really hope someone can open a similar dessert shop in my country! Not being able to eat your shawarma originally made me want to cry. Unexpectedly, not being able to eat the dessert with ice cream made me want to cry even more! The thing is though you wouldn't have to sell your house if your kid suddenly got cancer or pay extortionate healthcare insurance like the U.S. Trust me there are MANY countries on this planet that WISH they had an NHS.
Of course it's not free, but I'd rather pay a nominal amount from my salary each month than have to hand over thousands of pounds in one go when I have something wrong that needs fixing, or have to fork out stupid amounts for health insurance that often doesn't even cover the full amount for treatment.
YES, IN AMERICA, IF YOU NEED MEDICAL TREATMENT AND YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT, YOU WON'T GET TREATED AND IF YOU DO, YOU'RE LEFT WITH HUGH MEDICAL BILLS WHICH YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO PAY. HAVING THE NHS IS MUCH MORE CONVENIENT, ESPECIALLY, FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD MEDICAL TREATMENT.
