    Hey Taz!
A quick tip for the maqhloba, you need to add water to the level it covers the rice so it cooks better. If the broth is not enough, you can just add boiling water and that will do. Another thing with the bamya recipe, we call it "maraqh" not curry.
I think you did a great job replicating these recipes!

Hey Taz- love your videos :) I saw your pom pain, and wanted to share this with you. My favorite way to get the seeds out of pomegranate is to do it underwater: Get a bowl, fill it with water. Cut the pomegranate in quarters. Take each quarter, one by one, and take the seeds out with your hands in the bowl of water. the seeds sink, and the pith (white part) floats! The seeds keep their juices, and any popped seed juice just goes into the water instead of onto your cutting board!

Should start a separate cooking channel/food exploration channel. Can call it TazEats. There you could do cooking vlogs (including getting all the ingredients), and also try new restaurants and critique the food. You can do both novel viral recipes AND established recipes from great cookbooks and leading chefs. You can also try new dishes that you create yourself... just for fun to see how they come out.
You can also do fun cookoffs with friends...with blind taste tests to choose the winner. Also bake cakes and pies.
Can also make vlogs of restaurant hunting...both in London (a global city with endless restaurants & countless chefs), AND when traveling to interesting cities throughout the UK and overseas.
