I thought about it many times in my career, but couldn't pass the insecurity that maybe I would want to work for an invisible company but it will be a huge undertaking to build my team. If I aspire to grow up the ladder it's imperative to have a strong team who will deliver. A successful career is a function of many such things. Renowned companies are like resource markets. You gotta go to the market to have the best ones. Having a relatively lower salary is better than struggling to have a motivated and efficient team.
@@hemantmalviya445 you HR or some shit but if thats true then i used to wonder why real estate prices are rising so high because i thought most of these devs earn 40LPA 20LPA and thye invest in lands which are sold by inflated prices by premium builders hence other builders also increase the price thinking everyone can afford The pays that devs , politicians and some farmers (illegal ones) get i thought is the problem creating unequal wealth parity between other profession people
@ bro taxes you can play around , but imagine making 20LPA is actually a big deal for lot of tier 2 or 3 college graduates or someone in a different area like majroity of artists , painters, ux designers , video editors ,, tech support guys eearn a way lot less in comparison

It all depends on what crowd you are addressing, many people I know understate their finances and Indians in General are known to be stingy with money. Many of my batchmates seriously do belong to the upper end of Indian Middle Class with net savings of INR20-40Cr of their own

Dear, by choosing projects I meant not switching companies for the sake of switching, but first checking on what kind of projects company work on and for what kind of projects you are hired.. the whole idea is to save yourself from companies like tcs, infy unless they are hiring for some valuable project..

Third is corporate sector is extreme toxic and they cannot withstand anyone who is not doing slavery
