About this time last year you made my husbands favourite-ever Canteen offering-Haddock served over a delectable soupy succotash type dish-it had milk, butter, corn and all kinds of goodness in it. Please do here-I think it is seasonal and delicious and unique.
I watch a lot of cooking videos so I am a pretty good judge of a good one versus a bad one and yours is awesome. I rarely use that word but you deserve it. You should be on television. I have subscribe to your channel. It may help a bit because I love rhubarb And just made her rhubarb and strawberry pie yesterday. It took a long time to make a pie that is not mushy or slushy. I have done the custard like you and it may be my favorite. Lots of luck to you and thank you so much please keep doing what you’re doing. @@TheCanteenCooks Maybe not as common in Nova Scotia, but very common in Newfoundland - the pie crust has molasses in it and usually the filling is blueberry, partridge berry, or a berry mix!
Love rhubarb! Stewed rhubarb on biscuits is my fav. Would love to see a recipe for a classic potato salad! Tips & tricks for a non-mushy, non-watery flavourful potato salad. 😁

Just made a rhubarb crisp from all the great market rhubarb I’ve been getting. This pie looks great and might have to make that next. Also didn’t know kitchen aide has an ice cream maker!
