पकौड़ों के बैटर में सोडा कभी भी नहीं मिलना पड़ेगा यदि आप बेसन से बैटर बनाने में पानी की जगह दही या छाछ का प्रयोग करते हें. ऐसे पकौड़े बेहद मुलायम, कुरकुरे बनेंगे और तेल भी कम ही पिएंगे.
