Where is the washer and dryer? Where is the oven? where is the dishwasher? Why are there 2 beds in the master suite and only 1 in the guest room? That seems backwards to me. The fridge needs to be 2 times that size. I can see this home as one to stay a night or 2, but not a permanent living home.

But a foreigner can instead get a 25 or 30 year lease in your own name with your Thai girlfriend/wife? A foreigner can build or buy a house in your name. Just make sure you get a fully qualified land surveyor to also check out your title deed has its own right of way in your name only and it is freehold and only has one named previous owner on the title deeds with no extra monthly fees except for optional pool cleaning and optional gardening. The price reflects the small size but this is very good property price even for its small size if you prefer a countryside location. 😅❤
