      Civil rights laws are a joke... rather treated as such - *between misleading, misinterpreted n enforced* - supreme court often denies legit cases (particularly unpopular - unheard of/kept on the DL) thru injunctions, precedent, etc. Therefore denying other rights violations by referencing opinions in failed n poorly judged/misinterpreted/ biased/intentionally corrupted cases. Once one realizes The United Corruption of America n every country under UN are ultimately a rigged corporation by the world financial system/International Monetary Fund, all rights n laws are merely a facade! Masses are vastly duped under this veil, a series of traps successfully weaved into the system by elites (financial, political, religion n govt sectors) - modifying, using n disposing of whatever n whomever as needed; basically righteousness is a real shitshow!

      I’m an Amazon delivery driver and I’ve had to do garage deliveries a few times. Basically I can open peoples garage doors with the app and set the package inside.
      Not only am I uncomfortable when I get the sense that the customers are home(or not it’s still weird) but when they already have their garage door open, the app forces me to close the garage to continue. So even though the customer wants their garage door open(because they are home, doing yard work whatever) I have to close their garage to continue.
      It’s a mechanic that I’ve brought up with the company who hired me(they work for Amazon) but there hasn’t been a change to it.
      Even if I directly hand the package to the customer, I can’t continue until I open and then close their garage door.

      @@Steph-yz4tn I think if someone is using this, they would also be the kind of consumer who's been in the market for a full home security set. Also, even if they did come back later, kind of makes it super easy to nail them considering, gee, I just allowed someone remote access to my house and now my house has been broken into! The Amazon delivery person would be the first person I would recommend to the police. Also, I'd almost rather they try to steal something when making a delivery, go ahead and put that klepto in the police dstabase if they weren't already. • @LadyDoomsinger
      @LadyDoomsinger 2 года назад

      Exactly. If you have a sort of "lobby" or foyer you could let the delivery person in just enough to leave the package, without any risk of invasion of privacy. And if it became the norm that everybody has a kind of "visitor's area" before entering a home proper, I think the delivery people would be a lot less uncomfortable about it, too.
      As an agoraphobe I can definitely see the convenience of having a package delivered directly to my home, not even requiring me to open the door for it. But the setup would have to be flawless.

Our company told us we had to up until a person locked one of our drivers inside the house. They demanded they place all the items away in the cabinets and fridge as well as take the garbage out or they wouldn’t unlock the door. Police ended up kicking their door in. We were told to leave the groceries at the door from then on.

    Dude so here's a fun story: near where I live there was an incident where a friend of my family got the confirmation text with a picture can that their amazon package had arrived. When they got home it wasn't there so they thought it was stolen. but when they watched the neighbors security footage they saw the Amazon guy drive up, set the package on the porch, take a picture, pick it back up and bring it back to the truck, driving away. He was stealing and reselling the packages 🤔🤨😕☹️
