5:47 So what do you think about this? (3 comments deleted by youtube xd so just google "rtings sensor latency" and then sort the table by "delay at half movement" - then compare excellent Xlite V2 vs Deathadder v3 pro). It's hard to find actual motion latency tests. I don't know how reliable rtings is in that aspect, but it's something. And also regarding click latency - Xlite V2 from TheWhale test seems to be 1,8ms slower than GPX - which is good enough imo. I'm wondering - isn't it that the, lets say, 2ms lower motion delay is more important for the overall mouse feel than 2ms lower click latency?
RUclips deleted 3 comments on this video? As far as the latency goes...I don't think anyone can feel a difference of 2ms on any part of a mouse, so I wouldn't worry about it.
I have one for the 2nd time and it’s easily my favorite. Nice mouse for palm grip that is very light and feels like there’s nothing in your hand is beautiful
I can't really use razer mice, I buy one every year and end up selling it after 2-3 weeks. Sensor feels always great but after two weeks the mouse itself begins to feel like crap in my hand. I can't really explain it but razer mice are not for me. Great video as always!
The DA V3 pro has some QC issues. There's a ton of people getting creaking/popping on the left side near the side buttons, myself included. Some people have had 3 copies and all do the same with a bout a month of use. My copy does it and has a RMB issue, it just feels off it like slightly rattles on the depress. The v3 opticals are inconsistent from each other in general, not a single button on my mouse feels identical to the other the main buttons are different from each other and the side buttons are different from each other as well. $150 and this kind of QC is an absolute joke. Oh I've only had it for a touch over a month at this point and have these issues.
That's a huge bummer to hear. I had the same issues with my V2 pros. I bought 3 and 2 were trash. Hopefully the Viper Mini isn't plagued by this bad QC. Thanks for the info!
DAV3 PRO would be a very good mouse if it wasn't massively over priced for paper specs which simply DO NOT translate to in game performance. 3370 lacks nothing. 1000Hz lacks nothing. Paper specs. The coating on the DAV3 PRO is definitely not to my taste, in fact I dislike it - aside from all that is is a great mouse. If it had the coating of the XM1r I would have been almost tempted to keep it but.... Probably not for that price, tbh. They could also have shaved a few grams by a Lamzu style bottom. Top optical sensors had already reached a point where there was nowhere to go that would in any way translate to in game performance years ago. Gotta sell SOMETHING right?
have you tried more than 1000hz? Because to me 8khz on the wired version feels awesome. It's incredibly responsive and absolutely makes me aim better. 4khz still feels pretty good. But going back to 1khz after 8khz feels so sluggish
@@ChadAltDelete man it’s hard to say. I have a viper v2 pro also. Still tryna figure what my fave is. The x2 is fire for sure. Viper v2 pro is dope af also
Its over priced...waaayyy overpriced and they get away with it cause a lot of consumers let them...especially their dedicated fans...its a great mice and I have loved some of their products...never had issues even though they have had qc issues almost since they started...but their products are just way over priced.
DAV3 has a lot of pros but the thing that basically ruins it for me is the flaring top right corner. On the EC2/Xlite I use this corner to grip the mouse and with DAV3 I just can't. It would be so easy for them to make that corner ergonomic but they chose design over function. Very sad, Razer :( So in conclusion: DAV3 has basically nothing in common with EC2. People who say that are just wrong

Great video Chad! Razer seems to always make great mice.
Of you are looking for a cheap and good mouse then just get the Xlite V2, because at least in Europe it is routinely on sale for as low as 50 bucks.
Agreed!
Your channel's aesthetics and information are gold. Great video!
Appreciate it bro 🙏
The best mouse in my opinion
already tried this shape and I'm just not an ergo user, but damn did these shots make me want to get one again🔥

Chad, have a sniff around the Cooler master MM712 - that's an underrated mouse if you can find it for £60 / $ ?

this side creaking problem has been around for years on razer mice, seems like they cant seem to fix it.
