Skipping the credits makes you miss a bunch of scenes you should watch
Yes. The credits explain how the revenge on Micah is the reason why Red Dead Redemption 1 happens.
Sam, I hope you'll consider these points I have if you ever choose to do another playthrough
- You should have watched the epilogue, it explains everything that happens to set up the first game. Also you learn what happens to Charles and Sadie.
- The conditions of your guns were all bad because I don't think you ever cleaned them. You probably would not have died as much in that final mission if you did.
- I believe you missed over half the game's content by playing almost entirely story missions. So much character development happens in those side missions and quests.
- Hamish Sinclair's missions are largely regarded as the best side quest in the game, and a huge part of Arthur's chapter 6 character development.
- I don't think you ever once fed Arthur or John, which cause health penalties, which are partly why you died a lot in this video.
- You never looked to see how much money you got after getting the Blackwater money from Micah.
- You still have all of the New Austin map to explore from RDR1

She really doesn't need to watch them she already played rdr1 and credits lead into rdr1
It would be cool for you to watch the credits, there are all connections between RDR2 and RDR1, and about how the other characters in the gang are doing.
Last song was pretty emotional.. "No matter... What the weather... If we're together..."

Unlike others, I'll stick to making ONE comment, albeit long one..really, really long one.
First of all. During this entire episode I noticed something I've noticed only in the past couple of episodes, Sam seems REALLY effing bored of this game. Skipping things, talking over certain conversations in-game as someone that couldn't care less. Then whining to the game that the game "didnt live in the moment", funny YOU would say that eh?
I think the biggest SIN of it all, all these hours and days put into this game, you go ahead and SKIP the effing ending credits? Do you have even a slight idea how MUCH extra stuff you missed/skipped?! This last blunder, just draw a line under my previous observation, this was a youtuber that couldn't get rid of the game quick enough. So, effing boring to watch someone that's not into whatever they're doing. And I pray the few people that watched this series, have ALL played RDR1 before, because holy smoke do you throw out mega spoilers for RDR1 in your playthru. Ever heard of spoilers ma'am? Respect and understanding for people that have NOT played RDR1 yet? What if the comment section after every episode, told you everything that would happen in RDR2? Like when we found out Arthur was sick. What if everyone told you he's gonna die alone on a effing mountain after a fight with the rat Micah.
I dunno if you noticed, during the trip into 'town' with Abigail, prior to the proposal, when John looked at the ring and the photograph. Did you realize that was a young Arthur and Mary?
Speaking of Mary, you missed her scene among plenty of others, thanks to skipping the ending credits. Disgraceful to skip the ending credits, the game even showed you that they would throw cutscenes at you during the ending credits, the wedding etc. You missed out on Mary, her visiting Arthur's GRAVE. You missed out on Rain's Fall, Mary-Beth, Tilly... Pearson.. AND the lead-up to RDR1 with the pinkertons. ALL that you missed just because you were more interested in doing whatever, than giving this game the respect it deserved in the final effing episode.
Also, during your 'freeroam' if you even bother with that, since I dont think you did it prior to the final mission, you CAN find some of the old gang in selected locations on the map, Rains Fall, Mary-Beth, Tilly, Pearson...etc. And you can visit the grave of everyone, Susan, Lenny, Hosea... ARTHUR.. A lot of these meetings with the still living 'old members of the gang' will seem a bit out of place if you meet them AFTER witnessing the ending credits.. But..oh right, ending credits...that added more to the story..which you SKIPPED.
Also, another 'fun' fact for ya, after the ending credits - that you skipped - noticed exactly Where John and Abigail were standing? That's the spot where their future graves will be... several years later.
Overall, I did enjoy most of this playthru. But towards the end it was impossible to not feel that I'm watching someone that just doesnt want to continue. Skipping the 'cinema' date with Abigail for example, is a classic example of someone that just wants to get this sh-t over with. As u noticed you saved like 5 seconds tops, by skipping. Worst thing is the skipping of the ending credits...holy fudge..
Well at least I now know which channel I wont follow for another playthru of whatever game. Best of luck to ya miss. Sorry and NOT sorry if I sounded disrespectful in this comment. I probably come off as a d-ck. But I'm no less disrespectful by venting my honest opinion, than you were towards this masterpiece of a game towards the end. AND to the few of us that were with you on this journey.
Knowing the whole story of John it's all so sad when you think about it. To think if he did NOT go after Micah at the end, and especially did NOT take the Blackwater money from the Micah-cabin, we probably wouldn't have had RDR1, and John and his family might've lived a long happy-ish life (I say -ish because Abigail do like to whine and complain a lot lol)
Anywho, this was a long one, but at least it's just ONE comment - as some people seem to forget there's an edit function. But perhaps you didnt bother reading this, maybe not even a word, as I've yet to see any indication that you EVER bother reading your few comments. Why is that? Dont want to interact with your viewers? Too busy to care about the people that keeps you somewhat in the 'youtube-career' ? Or, are you just too 'good' for the peasants watching you, watching you seem bored with whatever you play? Lady, you're not THAT special sorry to say, if you gonna ignore your viewers, AND basically sh-t on the game you spent forever to get thru, dont expect to grow much on RUclips. Well you'll always have the desperate guys that sit with their tongue out and think that just because a girl/woman plays videogames, they're special.

I never wanted to say anything because I greatly enjoyed her personality, but the playthrough itself seemed rushed. I get that content creators couldn’t possibly find everything there is to do in this game in just one playthrough (they do have to eventually move on to other games after all), but it just seemed at points like she couldn’t get through it fast enough. It also felt like she wasn’t really invested in the characters or the world.
To give some benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a defense mechanism because she already knew who survives because she played RDR1.
And I can see where some might not care for the epilogue as much. It’s much slower than a lot of the main game (especially chapter 6), and at times feels more like a ranching simulator than a western. Plus John’s family can be quite annoying. Jack is whiny (which is amplified because he’s in that pre-teen stage) and Abigail can be nagging much of, if not most of, the time. They were worse than they were in RDR1 imo. So I could see where one wouldn’t be too keen to do missions with them.
To end on a positive note, she is funny in a sarcastic sort of way, which I enjoyed.
I could tell she wasn't that into the game based on her reaction to Arthur's death but at least she was respectful. I tried watching a playthrough by some cam-girl wannabe who was laughing and joking during Arthur's last ride and was too concerned with flirting with her twitch viewers. Also I commend her for finishing the game I've seen some girls get bored and quit before they even get to ch 3.

This is truly the worst Red Dead play through that I've watched. This is what happens when someone does it strictly for likes and views, I guarantee she lost subs after this. If anybody wants to watch a few really good RDR2 playthroughs I recommend watching MojaveD, The Mirandalorian and Cambonano. 3 of my top fav people to watch.

Agreed. As soon as it became clear that she was just rushing through the main story and not even responding to any of the helpful comments that would enhance her gameplay, I immediately unsubscribed. I just came back for the final video just to read about how bad her playthrough was from other viewers. I'm not surprised by the negative comments she's received as she clearly doesn't give a crap about the game or her subscribers. Oh well, it's her funeral.
@@darkhorse1280as someone who just earned "Best in the West" on Wednsday night I can tell you. If she made it through this whole game and never grasped even the basic mechanics of the gameplay, she could never complete something like Weapons Expert 10 LET ALONE 100% completing this game. I made sure visiting Aurthur's grave was the very last thing I did before that achievement popped. When it did, I had the most bittersweet feeling. Glad that I finished and mastered everything but sad that it was over. I love this game.

P . S - at the end of the credits , go back to where you killed Mikah . You can get his gun.
Did you add a scope to all your rifles ? That way you could have gotten a better shot. Just go to the gun store and add a scope.
She never upgrades her guns and never cleans them and never feeds John or Arthur and she never went hunting and never does side missions and never explores

I bet this Person never cleaned her Guns.She moved up that hill dont fill up deadeye etc etc. 2 Guns on her back proceeds to use the revolver. Please play other games."this is hard" of course is hard for someone that is not willing to learn the Basics in the game like cleaning weapon use the weapon wheel instead of the satchel take proper cover. But its not surprising she basicly cared nothing about arthur morgan her horse or sleeping and so on.skips the credits which are the best credits in gaming history.

Cleaning weapons is such a dumb feature anyway. Extra boring tedious chores for the sake of "realism" because wiping a weapon from the outside makes it shoot better lol. Who cares? I'd be surprised if anyone does it by default.
@@Othman1992on But Deadeye is a realistic feature or what? Come on its a Game .By the way it is not only about cleaning Guns i can make much longer list to approve she doesnt care for this Game .Many other People mentioned it the time she completed the game says all about her.
@@jensherbst740 Deadeye is supposed to represent the stereotypical cowboy fast hand, it's not realistic but it's a gameplay mechanic. If she doesn't care about this game then why would she wastes her time playing it?

Sam I said you before :)) You dont need to open satchel everytime.. Using satchel is always confusing.. You dont find quick what you need.. Use your wheel.. First page of wheel is about your guns.. Second page of wheel has all what you need.. Left side of your second page wheel is about the cores (heal, stamina, dead eye)... three slots over the second page wheel is about your (heal, stamina, dead eye) circles.. That's so much easier than open satchel and try to find what you need

You should have looted all the bodies on the way up the hill. You could have gotten many things to sell as well as deadeye , life & things to sell.
If u use ur deadeye it refills ur ammo
Now when you play RDR1, you'll get so much more out of John's conversations about the gang. Also, you missed a lot of the cutscenes in the credits by skipping. You should go back and check it out or look it up online.
She doesnt care for the characters in the game doesnt care for her Guns eating sleeping doesnt watch credits and much more things
