I know I’m late but just wanna point something out that is great. The woman you are initially locked in with somah has a repair skill of 100. Meaning she can repair things to full condition. Not only this but for some reason she is able to repair anything in the game, like Chinese stealth armor. I highly recommend you try to keep her alive through the storyline as you can go back to the alien ship any time and ask her to repair any unique items that normally cannot be repaired. I just realized this in a recent play through and have gotten to making frequent stops at the alien ship to make my uniques in full working order. :)
What do you mean by getting her to fully repair my items when I return back to the ship? When I finish the dlc on ps3, she doesn't stay on the ship when I return? Is there a glitch?
The only issue is that she will dissapear after the MSZ questline(at least in my experience). However, there is a glitch that allows Haley from Point Lookout to get 100 in his repair skill, so that is also an option.
I just did Zeta the other day and it's very fun. Some bits are frustrating but I enjoy it. Thanks for your guides and just being a real person. I appreciate authenticity and not stifling yourself for your audience
Only thing annoying are the turrets ...things will take u apart Lightning quick At lv 5 every other enemy was easy at very hard difficult while not relying on vats ..( vats makes game dumb )
Man, when you do these videos, you’re basically doing them side-by-side with most people who watch them. That makes you an important part of their experience, but also a helpful part. Appreciate all of these , wish I had the same capacity to learn and remember secrets and easily missed stuff like you do. Thanks man, you’re a godsend
A good tip also at the end if you’re ever encumbered without the perk that allows fast travel , you can stash stuff on the alien body just outside the crash site then come back for it after you sold off stuff at your store
Hey just running through Mothership Zeta and I found if you open each cell, next to yours one has a living Rivet City Guard, one has that giant claw and one has a dead Enclave Officer, who has a hat and uniform, and both have +5 to energy weapons.
So late to your channel but recently got a 360 again and of course bought Fo3 and NV Dlc included your videos have been an amazing help and the commentary is top tier! 💯
Just wanted to point out, when you said there's nothing unique in the Cargo Hold, you meant to say the Hangar. As the Cargo Hold is where you find the terminal/safe with unique plasma pistol. Thanks for the guide though 👌

I had a loooot more and better stuff anyways. and it might've been a little useful to include how you got back from each sector, as that's really the only time i was getting lost, checking for eeeeverything.
Just played MZ for the first time and going into it I wasn't expecting much because I've heard lots of people say it's bad and their least favorite DLC but I actually really enjoyed it. I played Fallout 76 for a long time before I (just) discovered and started playing FO3. The game is YEARS old by now, and I feel funny because almost all my FO76 friends have played this DLC years ago! Call me a late bloomer! And truth is, I COULD NOT have played and completed a perfect finish without your guide. NO way I would have found all alien recorded logs and good stuff on Mothership Zeta without it. And I agree... this DLC is awesome.

I remember long ago hearing that at one point, you cannot go back to pick up your looted gear in containers. I don't remember when at one point but I think it when you transfer to space to the other ship you cant go back to grab your loot from that previous area? After you leave mothership zeta? Please help in answering this question, I hope my question was understood.
If you leave your items in the Engineering Core you will be able to go back after you finish the DLC. I know this is probably too late but maybe someone else who had your question will see this comment

Do not worry. I was facing the same issue and alt tabbing between the game and reddit, trying to find a solution. After alt tabbing back into the game, Sally appeared on the maintenance teleporter after you use the teleporter to go down the trash compactor. My guess is that she will spawn there, if you have been there for a few minutes. Hope this helps.

No way this is anyone’s most hated DLC when Operation Anchorage exists. The only reason to play that dumpster fire is for the winterized armor. Just like Dead Money in NV for the money. Horrible DLC but too good of a reward to pass up.
What. First of all, dead money has an amzing story with a slightly iffy start, your obviously just bad at playing the game so no wonder you hate it. Secondly, anchorage is not a terrible dlc, compared to whatever mess mz is. In anchorage we are given a new gameplay feature, a really cool backdrop and pretty fun, if not repetitive gameplay. In zeta, all interiors are the same, the space walk is anti-climactic and the rewards (other than chase's uniform and the mplx) are terrible. Also, zeta is like double the length of anchorage and mind numbingly borning, not only that, but it also has a game breaking glitch at the end of the dlc before you reach the final battle that can brick ENTIRE savegames and make it so that you have to either do the entire dlc again and hope it doesnt happen again, or just never finish it and never get the achievements
playing through backwards compatibility, does anyone else get back to the cryo lab from the generator and aren’t able to get past the doors that require a key? and the teleporter isn’t working for me, I’m basically softlocked

this might be a dumb question but how do you call for help with the character you unthaw from the pod? when you talk to them and ask for help they agree but then don't follow you. i guess there's some command to use?

@@logoutnexttime4883 She may have died on your run before you reached the end. If not then it may be a glitch.

I was never able to play the DLC due to the glitch where if you carry to much before entering the DLC it just crashes.
