      Yes! Castor and olive oil will always be in my hair. But pumpkin seed oil is a superior oil, in my opinion because it does so much. It’s not too heavy, but not too light, it’s great for the scalp and strands, and it’s shown to revive hair follicles and decrease shedding! It’s always nice to see others mention it. I think it’s a gem of oils! 🌺

    Great video! I feel you on having trouble getting product out of the bottle. I actually found its easier to reuse a pump from an empty hair care product ive used. For example, i used the Design essentials leave in conditioner, but the bottle sucks. I took the pump off an empty leave in a previously used and place it on the new bottle. SOOOO much easier. This is assuming you have product that is out...but thats just my two cents 😁.

    Most caucasians friends i have wash their hair everyday/ every other day otherwise it gets Dry and Greasy.
    I wash my 4c hair once a month and my hair takes 2 days to fully dry. I do NOT remoisturize for 10 days.
    Like i explained to Natural Nadine in may 2022 when her porosity video came out. I HIGHLY doubt we, Africans are high porosity. At least me ? 🤔
    The day after, she responded to me that "" if i only wash my hair once every 4 weeks and it works for me then she got no tips for me and each to their own"".
    From what i remember she has to wash her hair often like caucasians plus moisturize it constantly. To me her hair is either heat damaged because she is kind of a silk press addict or she is truly high porosity. I don't know. 🤔

    • @CoilyDiaries
      @CoilyDiaries  6 месяцев назад +6

      not sure what the point is exactly with regards to cleansing. most people regardless of porosity have dehydrated hair at around day 10 post washday. lifestyle, weather, health of hair, oils butters etc can help you hold on to that hydration for longer. even if the Caucasian friends you know have dry hair on day two that’s not factoring harsh shampoos used that regularly and the lost practice of distributing oils to moisturize the hair are not part of modern beauty practise. your hair taking two days could be due to oils, or it not being air rated well etc. not just porosity
