Thank you very very much, this is exactly the kind of environment I grew up in and I can say that constantly I'm able to pay attention to multiple things at once, but since not being there anymore the ability has been fading over the years and I think I'm picking it up again after listening it daily for a couple of days
I’m using these for my ocd, which is good for strengthening my brain to focus my attention elsewhere and being able to pick and choose x thank you for this, it’s not easy to come by x
Personally, not my favourite, as I find the sounds unnatural(not the setting) and annoying, but I appreciate the female voice. Please keep them coming, they are helpful!
