Ehhh he’s only 205lbs at 6’1 (not that big) Personally I could do a pull up at over 300lbs and can bang out 8+ when I’m at 240lbs I don’t do calisthenics, I just do 3 sets of pulls up 1-2x a week.. pull-ups are more so about practice, rather than pure strength, like with most body weight movements.
What would you say are the best exercises for the center back around the spine, and lower back? I’ve made great progress but I feel like these spots are lacking
