I, myself, am also planning a trip to Mexico. I read that the USA will be the largest Spanish-speaking country in the world by 2050. So guess what? I'm doing a Spanish immersion program. In Mexico! I am a little afraid of the shower situation, however. They told me not to get shower water in my mouth.

Yesssss, Tepoztlan is amazing. When you reach the top, the view is breathtaking. Also visit that ice cream shop right before going to the pyramids, it has the best flavored alcoholic ice cream.

Love Cuernavaca, my kind of town. I used to live in Zapata Morelos, a few miles southeast from Cuernavaca. Loved to hangout at the Zocalo after watching movies. Movie theater used to be across the street!

If you are in Cuernavaca and you like nature, you have to visit the parks called "Barranca de Chapultepec" and "Barranca de Amanalco". In addition you can visit the "Jardín Etnobotánico y Museo de Medicina Tradicional y Herbolaria" also called "La Antigua Villa del Olindo" where Maximiliano de Habsburgo had a rest house called "Casa de la India bonita".

Las Estacas is so beautiful!! The water is literally crystal clear and so warm. If you sit under the waterfall it literally massages your body. Definitely a must!!!

You can also go to "Tepoztlán" and "Tlayacapan" where there is a Monastery of the 16th century and the locals work the talavera
