Gordon Simon awesome! How do you enjoy it? My family is from Cuernavaca, but I was born and raised in the US, and I always wanted to move back there but funnily enough, all my aunts are always telling me about how ugly with crime it is now! Compared to their up bringing. We’re from Temixco.
Wow, looks like you showed us a glimpse of Hernan Cortez palace in the background, built in 1526, the oldest conserved colonial-era civil structure in the continental Americas. It's now a museum.
Obvious as all cities there are crimes like robberies and things like that but it is a beautiful place to visit and live I recommend it 100% I actually living here.. We are waiting with open arms.

Most of construction in Cuernavaca is related to the last earthquake of 7.1 magnitude in Sep 20, 2017. Grandma is very beautiful. Nice to see 3 generations together. Tepoztlan, Morelos is also gorgeous place to visit.
I think i didn't come off right on that. I know the reason why (even though all the other spots I've been too that were affected are not this deeply in construction still from the earthquake) just the whole town is under heavy construction.

Hey gal, everything is under construction on account of the September 19th earthquake that hit us in 2017. So little by little they are patching the city up. Hopefully soon it will be back as it was.
What's the story behind the red striped pants the indigenous Guatemalan men wear? As I've noticed a recent influx in the last two years of Guats here in Cottage Grove, Oregon, and all the men wear the same maroon pants with stripes (if they haven't converted to english clothes). I've noticed also that the women hold onto their traditional threads more so then the guys. I'm currently married to a calm, not abusive or controlling Oaxacan (9years), have had multiple Oaxacan partners long term abusive relationships that have resulted in a child or two, the shortest relationship was 15 months and I got 2 babies out of it, father is from Iramuco Gto. collectively 9 kids, and I've never noticed special clothes like the Guats wear, aside from the popular Oaxacan embroidery. Are the pants a status symbol or tribal style?
When i was out and about and had run out of diapers, i used a shopping bag and a whole load of papertowels to make a diaper, also a extra long incontinence pad inside a pair of size 2 toddler panties works.
Cuernavaca is under construction because it was affected by the earthquake and the government keeps most of the money, so constructions are taking long to be done!
yeah -not sure why this came off like I needed it explained. I think it's widely understood that they are still repairing after the earthquake even though the other major cities affected have gotten through but it's still totally underconstrution.
