I did buy what may be a 'generic' hdmi to usb c, however it specifically said it would work for my S21. could not get it to display on screen. im wondering if there is an option I am missing on my avh 3300 NEX or its the hdmi to usb c??

Hi! U can do it wirelessly with cheaper devices. The only disadvantage when doing it wiressly is that Netflix doesn't work due to some kind of copyrights. It works better with an android phone anywhere, let me know if u still need some help

When I use the Belkin Miracast, I get nothing on my screen. When I use the Samsung usb-c to hdmi cable, I only get sound thru the speakers (no video). What am I doing wrong? PLEASE HELP!

I am of the understanding that my Maestro RR has to plug into the 1/8" AV jack on the head unit for back up beeps to happen. If I run a 4way 1/8" extension from that jack to a place I can either plug the RR in or the Ca-c3av adapter in can I switch between the two by making changes in the head unit to switch back and forth between the input settings so I can use it for iphone video also?

So you need like 10 feet of adapter cables...will bluetooth show google maps on the screen or does it only transmit audio?

It depends on the radio. Kenwoods have a port on the back just for it to plug in. Pioneers have AV input’s you can use instead of the aux input.
The aux on my 521 ex is used for the micro phone. Is that the port I use to mirror?

The fact that all of these stereos have Bluetooth but none of them have an easy screen cast option is utter bullshit.
