Hi mate...it should be an amazing build and we are sitting here right now still working out what is going to be done...and i don't know about amazing knowledge i have just picked up a few things here and there.
paul could you make these vids longer just getting into it and it finished.only joking.but its going to look the dogs when your finished.i remember off the ..........channel the changes were good to watch.
Paul, why you not using a Defender chassis, the deeper section means it is stronger, or atleast fit a 110 rear section to do away with the dip and give you a rear fuel tank mount
Hi Phil...we did look at using a 110 chassis but having to relocate the body mounts and everything else is very difficult without a two post lift...and the fuel tank location is not really an issue on a tray back and has the whole purpose of this build is to make the truck lighter we should not need the extra strength of a 110 chassis.
Hi mate...you weren't wrong it would have been alot better if the tyre that was out of shot the chassis was resting on hadn't shifted but i have rolled the chassis over several times now and have got really good at actually not killing myself..
Hi...yes definately going to be keeping the 300tdi not the most powerful engine but very simple and reliable so ideal as an overland vehicle engine...glad you are enjoying the content.
So excited to this rig come together 😁😁
