i feel like "selfish" is used wrongly here. definition of selfish is very egotistical. prioritizing yourself doesnt have to be by stepping on good people to get ahead
As she used to be a people pleaser she's most likely to be coined selfish by the people she's no longer bending over backwards for. That's why it's called a "villain era" when push overs start to set boundaries, not because they're becoming actual villains

What she meant by selfish is that, always put yourself first before anyone else.
yeah but that is just the wrong word to describe that then. people abuse this movements of self love to excuse selfishness by examples that do not reflect selfishness to muddy the boundries around the meaning of the word. Narcs will def call you selfish when just wanting fairness and say selfishness isn't bad now bc they see this movements as a way to cause confusion around tge difference. This girl is probs just wanting traffic by being extreme in her wording and sacrifises being sincere and clear.
''selfish'' is a poor word choice, she's actually just assertive (assertive = she knows how to get her needs met and estabilishes boundaries)
😅 I understand the people in the comment section talking about how selfish might be the wrong word to use but I think it isn't. I feel like it really depends on how you look at the word selfish in the first place.
Like in general people will call someone selfish if they put themselves first so if you prioritize yourself above other people people consider yourself fish. Even if you prioritizing yourself does not necessarily mean being rude or bad to other people. I feel like that's what the real issue is.
Most people take prioritizing themselves as being selfish. Others see it that way too as someone who's in their late twenties early thirties now I definitely feel like the word selfish is very different meanings depending on your age. Like when I was younger I definitely would see the selfish I think people in this comment section are talking about but the older I get the more I'm like no I get it. People will consider you to be selfishif you put yourself first. Whether that's you're not going to go to this event because you know that there are people there that are going to try starting something with you and you don't want to put yourself through that emotionally or mentally. Or maybe you're just drained that day your emotionally drained you're physically tired so you choose not to go out or do something with people they will get upset and be upset with you because you're not prioritizing them first I feel like that's the biggest issue in society today. Everyone expects for other people to prioritize them rather than prioritizing themselves so when you do prioritize who you are and what you need to get done you are seeing and dub as selfish.
😅plus I'm pretty sure that Liz has called herself selfish and I'm also pretty sure I've seen other people who have seen her videos call her selfish too so I also don't think it's out of pocket for this video to say she's selfish. Again I think it's just personal ideology with the word selfish in the first place at one point the word selfish literally meant to put oneself first which wasn't necessarily a bad thing it just meant that you prioritize your personal being before other people.
Believe me like we see in movies, for someone to save you. Its not good. Bc you will get attached to them and they can control your emotions for real. Its much happier when you save your self❤

What you guys are saying may be true to some extent. But she literally said that her mom who in her own words more beautiful than her married an abusive husband and lived a horrible life. Sometimes being pretty doesn’t equal having a perfect life or never being mistreated, you guys said she now has a better life because she found a multibillionaire boyfriend but I know many narcissistic men that want beautiful women or even get beautiful women and treat them like trash. Being pretty doesn’t mean your life is guaranteed to be amazing at the end.
@@lallygamer4062 we know that, but there's no denying her beauty is what draws you in. Thats why people clicked on her videos when she started yt. Thats why millionares approached her. Yes, she has discernment, but most people wouldn't have noticed her if she wasn't pretty.
