    As of November of 2022 he has pleaded guilty to multiple counts of wire fraud and money laundering to the investigation headed by the IRS, FBI, and DOJ. Depending on sentencing he faces up to 20 years in prison so this story does have a happy ending at least

      What your company produces is not the nessisarly the value of the company. Any money given away could be counted as charity and non taxable income and usually isn't reported with a companies total net worth.

      That’s the crazy thing. He could have done this legitimately. Just say. “I’ll take 5 random order confirmation numbers and put $1k in that order. You just have to spend x amount on your order to apply”. He still would have made money off of that. Not nearly as much but it would have been legit.

He also faked his own death, went on Argentina national tv and people marched in the street (probably paid actors) to cry for his death, along other lies and scams.       I never give money to homeless in traffic. They usually use it to buy whatever drug got them in that situation. I’ll offer them food if I have some. What good is giving to the homeless when they won’t do anything to better their situation? They just ask for money even if you give them a $100 bill they’ll still be at that same traffic light asking for more.

You must live in a nice area to not know that. I lived around crack heads, drug addicts, strippers, the ghetto my whole life. So many people are deep in a hole of drugs. You never know their stories but they are definitely addicted to something.

It is extremely difficult to recoup losses from fraud of any kind.       To all the other commenters, please don't ever offer to settle a transaction in cash when speaking to a prospective business partner. It will only spook them & make you look like a crook and an idiot.

      Exactly many reports have been filed against this guy and nothings been done. The FTC, BBB, and SEC are all corrupted. Seems like they're all in on this scam. They all should be sued too.

If you ever tried boosting posts on fb or ig, you will see tons of people liking your page from places like India, China and other similar countries, especially if you don't have success with your target audience.. This is how fb makes you think that paid ads are worth the money. Basically you just have to invest some money in advertising and you will get likes from Facebook.

    The FTC clarified that real sweepstakes don't charge, because if they did charge it would not be a sweepstakes anymore, it would be a lottery/gambling.
