BMW 118i F40 from 2020 with 145Ps and 225Nm Top Speed on an unlimited strip of Autobahn being pushed to its limit.
This BMW 118i F40 has a 1.5 (1499 cc (91.5 cu in)) turbocharged 3 Cylinder Engine with 140PS (103 kW; 137 hp) at 4600-6000 rpm and 220Nm (162 lbf⋅ft) at 1480-34200rpm.
It is equipped with a 7-speed Double clutch driving the Front wheels.
Also in this Video 0-100kmh (0-62mph), 100-200kmh (62-124mph) and Top Speed. on the Autobahn of the BMW 118i F40.

This vehicle is truly premium in every respect. It's the fault of those who switch to a Golf today :) I have never experienced anything better during emergency braking. And the interior noise is simply divine!

though RWD BMWs would still be the preference but the FWD BMWs is pretty damn good

@@TheBimmerMan I am not sure about their fwd platform it worked fine on the x2 but the 1series did not give me the confidence other fwd cars do.Also I had high expectations, which is never a good start

also maybe your high expectation come from the fact the prev gen 1er was RWD and you expected similar fun?

da sollte nicht viel unterschied sein, der mini fährt sich aber vom gefühl sportlicher

how to turn on the sport mode in the gearbox?
You could either set up an individual mode so you could have the different settings just how you like them e.g engine in comfort gearbox in sport. Or you can just choose sport mode and everything will be sed to sport, sport plus is the same with the traction control limited
gearbox set to Sport setting would be flicking the gear lever to the left. however the rest of the car (throttle response, engine, suspension etc) would be still in Comfort.
gearbox in Sport will also allow you to change gear yourself if you want via the lever or if your car has paddle shift.
i can’t say about what happens if you press the Sport mode on the Driving Experience Control or in individual setting with everything in Sport, as well as gear lever to the left for sure as i have not tried, however i have heard gearbox will be even more aggressive shifting, and even higher shifting points if you leave in auto, similar to kickdown shift patterns. that said, Sport mode on DEC or individual setting with everything in Sport does make gearbox more aggressive than in Comfort with faster shifts and a bit higher shifting points.
words can only describe this to an extent, so if you’re interested to see the results maybe try out for yourself?
@@TopSpeedBrothers some cars don’t have Sport+ mode, so as far as i know hitting the stability control button does something similar.
however Sport+ can be coded in either via Bimmercode or E-SYS to the cars not having Sport+ from factory.

@ismeto BMW has reduced the horsepower to 136 because of the C02 emissions.
I think we will see this a lot more in the future
