I agree 100%.. we tried for 2 years almost. I was soo angry but then I had a car accident and a truck hit me and it his exactly where my child would've been sitting and would not have survived it. I'm so grateful that it took so long because I Adore my son and he was soo worth the wait
Thank you!! You just encouraged me.. a few days ago..I said in my heart.."Whether or not we get pregnant.. I'm good.. Im going to be grateful with what we have and don't have. If it is God's will to bless us with a baby/babies.. He will. In His time. Period. Meanwhile, my husband and I choose to enjoy today and each other to its fullest!! Thanks again!!

This cycle I just gave up I didn't track ovulation as well and just had fun 😊 and now I'm 5 weeks pregnant ❤❤

I just stopped tracking my ovulation I think I remember telling my husband if it's meant to be it will happen for us. I stopped stressing over wanting another baby and I am 15weeks pregnant with baby #2. Good luck to everyone who is hoping to be pregnant

Well i have been wanting it to happen to me and my partner, the best thing God sent my way, I pray that at Gods time He will bless us with a baby despite me crying and trying everything, let me focus on my happiness ,what will happen will surely happen, thank you
I just got my period today and I’m so sad and can’t stop crying. I feel like an idiot, like a loser. Like I’m always thinking about my health and exercising and what I eat but what good is it if I can’t even get pregnant, one of the most natural things to happen.
Please don’t beat yourself up like this. I know it is hard but you need to give yourself some grace. Your body is doing the best it can. It is natural for our bodies to need their own time. I’m sending you a big hug ❤️❤️
Loving the sit down videos. It definitely helped me skipping digital OPK’s, and just doing a few strips. I also took a little break from uploading to just take a step back, and enjoy the process. I’m so over the moon for you. 💕

I swear when you’re ttc the last thing you want to hear is “don’t think about it and it’ll happen” or “stop tracking and it’ll happen” but for so many women that really is the case!! I’m so glad all of us have been a good support system for you throughout this last 12 months, and I can’t wait to see where you’ll be in another 12 months! 🥰😍 I’m guessing this sweet baby is another girl.. can’t wait to see if I’m right!
Honestly I hated hearing those things for sure. I think a good medium is best. You can’t not think about it but sometimes you also need to let go of certain aspects of ttc. 🥰
Definitely. It’s really hard not to let it take over your mind when it’s something you want with all of your heart and then some. ❤️
When people say that I just wish it was true. I did stop thinking about it and it just hasn't happened and right before that I went on holiday, didn't think about it, got pregnant and lost the baby very early so even when it did happen it didn't stick. Luckily for some people it does happen and I'm very happy it happened for her. My guess is a little boy 🤞🏼

Athina Karpouzis you really did!! I’m only on cycle 2 of TTC and I’m already sick of dipping Opk’s and working out when I can test. I think I’ll track things this month and gather when about I ovulate and then just leave it to fate from here 💞
You did what I plan to do this cycle. We're on to Cycle 17 and it's just getting hard :(

Great to hear about your vitamine levels! I am mostly happy to hear that you and your husband talked about that you are happy as it is.And to hear that your Journey is going well.
One thing I Always see among youtubers under 30 is those "How i got pregnant", "this way i got pregnant this time". I liked your videos but unfortunately I think this video fell into that category as well. It bothers me, is the title and the belief that you and your actions are the thing that made it work, How can you be sure?... I just think it is an bit misleding. Science doesnt support it, its not evidence based. Is a secret of your Body, you cant really know exact what changed in this cycle. I feel like it makes young folks think that they can follow their favourite influencers do like them and them get pregnant. In the big run this is exactly why many women get stressad in the behinning because they are suckers for "advice". I think is a very personal process and very very individual thing really.
What I tried to say in the video was I got pregnant because I allowed myself to be ok with the timing. I wanted to explain that it’s ok if it isn’t happening exactly when you want. I didn’t mean the immediate actions affected my pregnancy. Even though I do believe that after raising my iron levels finally and giving myself permission to breathe that is why I got pregnant. I do t think I could have titled it differently. It describes my how and why. Thank you for being here.

Friend, I heard that when you are having "fun" and you don't track etc, it's when it happens. Now, I really believe it more. I had my period twice last month. Or how I would put it, it carried over to this month. My period calendar says I'll have it twice till January or February.

@@AthinaKarpouzis : yes and she said it's normal 🤔 it didn't happen for over 1 year but it happened again this time. I'm thinking that something could be wrong with me and that's why I can't get pregnant.
I watched you without commenting and didn't comment on hardly any videos when i first go onto watching youtube as much as i do now but i felt i had to comment on your video lol...if you look back at when i started commenting i said when you both "enjoy" the process and both finish if you know what i mean then that makes a huge difference and making love is different to baby dancing and it is usually the former that brings about conception. You both relaxed so there was no surge of stress hormones. Also the actual act itself changes in positioning and with your tilted uterus that would have helped too .... I knew it would happen xxx

Yes I am definitely feeling tired today. I literally woke up tired 😴😴 And I have a market today as well. Really looking forward to this evening.

What I did to concieve my boys was.... I stopped trying 😅😅 I stopped trying and lost hope and then I got pregnant 🤭🤭
It’s funny how our bodies work sometimes
This is how it happened for us this cycle too. We took the month off from tracking and all that and just figured we would reset our brains with this ttc journey. Then I had an instinct to test and didn’t even know how many dpo I was. Based on when my mucus stopped I figured I was roughly 8dpo. And sure enough there was a super faint shadow of a line.

Oh thanks for the video, I was one of the girls asking for it. Hey just a question where you checking your cervix at all? They say if it gets lower and harder your period is coming. Maybe if someone has felt there’s they can comment. My period is due today
No I didn’t check my cervix but I am sure there are ladies here who do.
You can check your cervix for ovulation. But it takes time to know how it feels, like getting to know your body.
High, soft and open.. is fertile.
Hard and low (you can reach almost right away) and that is.. not fertile.
I learned how my cervix felt with checking my IUD strings (non hormonal) and I learned from there after having it removed how my cervix is supposed to feel! It’s really awesome when you can PHYSICALLY track what your body is doing without having any bloodwork!

I had infertility problems when I was younger & wow in really sucked !! I love this community that you guys have .. I felt really alone in my infertility but every here seems to encourage each other ... My first child arrived on our 10 wedding anniversary & then 2 yrs later came my second daughter .. Trying to relax & not think about it is a key ..

Six long years .. I was getting help from a specialist with no luck .. then out of the blue I fell .. I was the only one in my family with infertility .. so there was no one to talk to 🙁💞
