- Hey guys! Here is a very special video of my journey in trying to conceive. I hope you will find this helpful and enjoyable. I did try to get pregnant for 6 months and nothing happened so I sorted out to doing this.
This is how I tracked ovulation and got pregnant instantly. I used this fertility diary or ovulation diary to help me conceive a baby.

This is true.. I thought that when I tried to get pregnant, you’ll get pregnant right away. But turns out it’s not that easy. Made me think if there’s something wrong with me or my partner because we are trying for 6 months now. Been using Flo app but I’m not sure if the Ovul date there is accurate since I’m irregular. Then, I bought a Ovulation test kit last month because I want to start monitor it. Now I tested and got positive in Ovulation. Wish us luck 🍀 🙏
Hey don't use just flow they have always predicted my ovulation days wrong instead use my calendar it has a little flower as the app picture, then use pregnable ovulation test strips off amazon to see when you ovulate, and preeseed to assist the sperm to the egg. Have sex every day 5 days leading up to ovulation only once to insure good sperm quality. Goodluck girlfriend baby dust to you.
Try Mira fertility tracker works so much better for detecting your ovulation especially if you have irregular cycles.

Same. We're actively trying now and 2nd month into it, still negative PT. I'm in my mid 30s so the urgency is there. Now, I bought those ovulation kits, downloaded apps and will start recording... praying for a baby for all of us trying to conceive!!

This is my fourth month trying to regular cycles but a little off since starting to try for a baby. I started to get very emotional thinking my body is failing me or something is wrong with me. No baby yet but believing for it 🙏🏼. God willing sooner than later.

I like that you actually did the lines yourself instead of buying that book which I think is overpriced and for few pages and the quality of that book is super cheap too so I would do exactly the same thing as you did here.
You are so lucky that you got pregnant straight away after trying ovulation strips. I have been trying for months, been an year now. I have kept relying on apps which never gave me an exact ovulation date as my period is irregular and then I started with strips for few months which worked neither because I was never sure the line kept fading and getting dark which was confusing, and I didn't stay consistent unfortunately. But this gives me hope I will try again wish me 🤞🏻 🍀
I also been taking my basal temperature and it matched with the ovulation strips when it got positive my temperature spiked too!

I just started tracking with Inito and OPK this month! Currently on 2DPO. Going to test on July 4th (9DPO). I had a chemical in March 2024.

This is month 6 for me and the first day of my cycle. We’re going to try ovulation strips this month to actually pinpoint my next ovulation in the hopes that this is our month. We’ve been together 10 years and I’ve only been pregnant once when I was 15 I’m hoping and praying this is our month I want this so bad for both of us!

when I tape mine down they still keep getting darker/developing.It says not to read after 5mins because it'll be wrong. how do you make yours not get any darker ?
I just got positive opk today. ( SUPER IRREGULAR CD30 TO CD100) 😊 hopefully its our month✨...definitely will update on this after TWW. (TTC 6)

Hello may I ask why did you have H and then L and then H in your High-Low column? Just kinda confused. Does it mean you ovulated TWICE? Please enlighten me

Nothing strange but i know it takes time for hcg to be detected. Thats why i took the test.

Waoooo am like u i have 45 cycle and i was trying to get pregnant and i was tracking my ovulating perion i get on day 23 like u so am waiting antil day 14 to do pregnant test....pray for guys

Hey Kristin, I have started tracking my cycle for the first time, my cycle ranges from 28 to 31 days on average, exceptionally longer than 31, according to an app tracker day 18 is supposed to be my ovulation day, I started tracking from day 10 though, I did see that faint line getting a bit darker around day 15 16, but not equally darker to the control line, and I was expecting a surge next day but on day 17, I tested 2 times, n there's a very faint test line that's even hard to notice, I couldn't understand why it went high to Low instead of getting positive.
Keep testing, you will start to see darker line

Even I thought we would get pregnant in first try but I was wrong
This video was very helpful for me. I also can have longer cycles that can vary by 7 days. I thought it would be easy to get pregnant without tracking ovulation but when it typically varies by 7 days each time, even though that’s considered normal, it makes it harder to get pregnant when you’re not a couple who has sex even every other day. I’m going to try this method this month along with tracking my CM and see if it helps. I’m hopeful it will since based on the last times I’ve tracked we hadn’t really had sex in the fertile window, just barely inside of it which hasn’t resulted in baby

I also have longer cycles that can vary by 7 days - been tracking ovulation and in the TWW now and praying - did you end up getting pregnant?

How come u can ovulate twice and how long is ur cycle
So is she ovulating twice on 1 cycle, I'm confused
The test strip detects luteinizing hormone which usually is high when ovulating therefore assumed that it’s ovulation. It will show gradual change if you test hour by hour since it’s a short hormonal window (peaking of lutein). In my tests, I only did once or twice a day. It does not mean ovulating twice otherwise I will have twins. 🙂
How do you get the test strips to stick on the paper?

Hi, is it true we need to avoid from drinking 4 hours before testing?
Im guessing maybe because the water will dilute the urine? The same reason why pregnancy test is done first thing in the morning esp if pregnant on early days. But i would say drink water when you are thirsty hehe
@@KristinCena thank you Kristin for the feedback. 😊 I want to update my cycle 1. I successfully getting the +ve result opk yesterday at 7pm after checked back your video. Today still higher (day 18). I have tested it even though I drink water 1 hour before. Hihi. I thought my opk tester is not functional because I got -ve results since day 13. Thanks Kristin!
Question… would someone even need to track their ovulation date, if deciding they’d like to just get it on everyday 😳
Maybe not hehe but i think also need to be strategic on when to do it because it needs enough amount of sperm. Sperm regenation takes 64 days though it gets produced everyday, it still needs mature sperm.

I'm so disappointed
This is my first month in my 37 y life that I attempt to get pregnant
That is why I started watching ovulation tracking tests and bought the same sticks
But it never peaked
I'm still confused and wonder if I have lost my fertility window or worse, I don't ovulate
I have very regular periods and a healthy life style
I have started to think the worst
Infertility is so frustrating
I'm in Canada and as you may know, to see a specialist you need to wait for months
The earliest appointment I could get was in December

Updates:
Exceptionally I had a 17 days cycle last month!
I had tested on 7th CD and didn't test on 8 and 9 and continued testing from CD 10
I assume I had ovulated on day 8 probably
I really don't know why my cycle was that short
I have very regular cycles
This time I started tracking from CD 2!
I got the peak on CD 12 and 13
I am sure I ovulated on 13 in the afternoon because I get ovulation pain and all other signs including discharge change
We only had sex on CD 12 and 13
I will be surprised if I'm pregnant
Such a boring and tiring process
