You did a lovely refresh in your bedroom! It reflects your homey style and love for the Lord🙏🏻 Even though my home is not farm house in style, I can truly appreciate a beautiful space! I have more of a contemporary casual style in my home, but I enjoy getting ideas from different motifs. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and we’re having a heatwave~ last few days 110 degrees and above, lol 😂 so I would welcome temps in the 80s! Our favorites vacation getaway is Maui🌺🌴🍍Been going there almost every year the last 26 years! We just love the ocean, sunsets, and relaxed aloha style! We do love all the same things although I’m old enough to be your momma !🤗 My husband and I had a dark bedroom suite very similar but after he went to live with Jesus 3 years ago, I traded it for light farmhouse bed. I too would have gotten the little sign about always and forever.... 😢I did have one that he loved. “Wish I had known you sooner so I could love you longer” 😢. Now I display, “It is well with my soul”. 31 years for second marriage is truly a blessing God bless you dear one 🤗

Hi Sweet Amy - I love this master bedroom. Maybe my favorite you have done so far. You gave me some ideas for refreshing mine. Melissa, my youngest daughter, fell in love with Boll and Branch sheets and sent me some too. They are so nice. I think they are pricey but super nice. My two daughters and one granddaughter will be here for Mother’s Day. I am so excited. We have all been vaccinated so we are feeling safe and we haven’t all been together since November of 2020. We are going to work on sprucing up my deck and they are going to wash all the outside of my windows. They always give me the “gift of work” and its my favorite kind of gift. I hate to keep updating you on my health. Before this last year I never thought much about my health but things have changed. I met with my neurologist and we discussed the strategy tor treating my Myasthenia Gravis. First thing is I have to have. Cat scan on 5/6 on my Thymus gland. I will see the doctor again next month. He said we will be seeing a lot of each other. HA! I have a peace about everything and am Trusting the Lord. He is faithful even when we are not. Love to you my dear sister. Still praying for your mom. Glad to know she is doing better.

As far as your sign over the bed from 1 Corinthians, please keep it there! I love that passage one of my favorites, I have that whole versus that I calligraphy in high school and won an award for, on our bedroom wall! That was probably before you were borned 😂! So beautiful!💖 I love your furniture, as well. I have replaced most of our furniture over the years, but I just can't part with our bedroom furniture that we've had since we got married, almost 35 years ago. I think the wood furniture really adds warmth and coziness to a room and is so easy to decorate around. Our most favorite vacation spot is South Padre Island, here in Texas. It's been several years since we've been down there, though. Maybe that could be our vacation for this summer. Take care and have a blessed weekend!

I don't necessarily have to have new sheets any sheet set will due but I love to hang sheets outside and take them inside and put them back onto the bed. I think its the best nights sleep and I love the smell of outside in them.

Hi Amy! Your bedroom refresh looks great. The colors are so soothing. I have never used green in decorating but loving the sage color! No vacation this year. We had planned a trip to Europe last year and to take the grandbabies to Disneyland and the beach. Our favorite beach is Newport in California. Maybe next year, God willing we can travel again.

Hey Amy!!!!!! Your master bedroom is absolutely light fresh and beautiful ♥️ I absolutely love your simple touches!!!!!! We usually take day trips during the summer here and there around Texas. We love to do to Caddo lake cabins in the fall!!!!! My husband works out in this Texas heat as a welder in constructional buildings once he gets home he likes to stay put. I agree as well the heat sometimes is soooo exhausting. Spring and Fall are my favorite times of the year!!!! May I ask where you found your wooden block with all the sweet sayings on it. I have more of a contemporary casual style in my home, but I enjoy getting ideas from different motifs. I live in Las Vegas Nevada and we’re having a heatwave~ last few days 110 degrees and above, lol 😂 so I would welcome temps in the 80s! Our favorites vacation getaway is Maui🌺🌴🍍Been going there almost every year the last 26 years! We just love the ocean, sunsets, and relaxed aloha style! My husband and I had a dark bedroom suite very similar but after he went to live with Jesus 3 years ago, I traded it for light farmhouse bed. I too would have gotten the little sign about always and forever.... 😢I did have one that he loved. “Wish I had known you sooner so I could love you longer” 😢. Now I display, “It is well with my soul”. 31 years for second marriage is truly a blessing

Hi Sweet Amy - I love this master bedroom. Maybe my favorite you have done so far. You gave me some ideas for refreshing mine. Melissa, my youngest daughter, fell in love with Boll and Branch sheets and sent me some too. They are so nice. I think they are pricey but super nice. My two daughters and one granddaughter will be here for Mother’s Day. I am so excited. We have all been vaccinated so we are feeling safe and we haven’t all been together since November of 2020. We are going to work on sprucing up my deck and they are going to wash all the outside of my windows. They always give me the “gift of work” and its my favorite kind of gift. I hate to keep updating you on my health. Before this last year I never thought much about my health but things have changed. I met with my neurologist and we discussed the strategy tor treating my Myasthenia Gravis. First thing is I have to have. Cat scan on 5/6 on my Thymus gland. I will see the doctor again next month. He said we will be seeing a lot of each other. HA! I have a peace about everything and am Trusting the Lord. He is faithful even when we are not. Love to you my dear sister. Still praying for your mom. Glad to know she is doing better.

So beautiful!💖 I love your furniture, as well. I have replaced most of our furniture over the years, but I just can't part with our bedroom furniture that we've had since we got married, almost 35 years ago. I think the wood furniture really adds warmth and coziness to a room and is so easy to decorate around. Our most favorite vacation spot is South Padre Island, here in Texas. I don't necessarily have to have new sheets any sheet set will due but I love to hang sheets outside and take them inside and put them back onto the bed. I think its the best nights sleep and I love the smell of outside in them.

I was looking forward to this video to see how you used the picture frames. I love your master bedroom decoration as it is so stylish and uncluttered. No vacation this year. We had planned a trip to Europe last year and to take the grandbabies to Disneyland and the beach. Our favorite beach is Newport in California. Maybe next year, God willing we can travel again.

Perfect video and timing because I am planning on doing a few things in my bedroom! I really like the idea of using baskets on the wall. I need to check out my stores for some. Your tiered tray is so pretty and the yellow flowers makes it so Springy. Nothing like fresh clean sheets! I just bought a couple goose feathered down pillows. So comfortable to sleep on. Your bedroom looks so pretty and cozy.

Hey Amy!!!!!! Your master bedroom is absolutely light fresh and beautiful ♥️ I absolutely love your simple touches!!!!!! We usually take day trips during the summer here and there around Texas. We love to do to Caddo lake cabins in the fall!!!!! My husband works out in this Texas heat as a welder in constructional buildings once he gets home he likes to stay put. I agree as well the heat sometimes is soooo exhausting. Spring and Fall are my favorite times of the year!!!! May I ask where you found your wooden block with all the sweet sayings on it.
