I’d be embarrassed if I’m wrong but this video and a line in another song reminds me of a conversation we had. I think the line is, “karma follows me like a babysitter”. This feels like you’ve expanded on the concept.
Like for some people who are so pure that nothing bad ever happens to them even when the put themselves in situations where their purity should make them vulnerable. The example being when I told you that my ex met with someone on Craigslist and traveled the US with him. Nothing bad happened to her and her experience with him was wholesome and respectful.
This video is reminiscent of someone with pure white wings playing with dangerous situations and a negative influence (represented with black wings) but the result is being arrested.
I feel like this could also double as a statement on racial profiling (represented by the color of the wings)
The song itself (the lyrics) seem to have a somewhat ambiguous meaning but I promise you’ll have the opportunity to explain it to me in person.
