My only issue with this is that it looks like it covers a bit of the tail lights and might be hard to see them with the flags flapping. Would almost rather see it done on the grab handles or saddle bags.
My side cases don't allow for this kind of modification, but with the combination of flagpole length and flag length, it's not an issue for my setup. Yours may be different.
I'm not sure how the GS-XR750 holds its license plate, but my solution lasted 5,100+ miles across rain, snow, and 40+ mph crosswinds through Montana. I was really happy with it. Make sure if you create something like this that you account for the flag position at rest--my flag on the muffler side suffered a little heat wrinkling from the exhaust.
you can look up a Suzuki GS-XR750 on google image's and see but to try to explain Well I can try it extends out from the back from the bike similar to a Kawasaki Ninja 300 but a bit further out.

Thank you for posting! So simple and much better than having to spend $75 plus.
Glad I inspired you! I also made different poles shortly after the first ones and used aluminum rods instead of the plastic ones. Take care.
Great idea, but shouldn't the National Ensign be on the left side?

Where'd you get your flags?
Northstar Flags. They have a wide selection. Good quality.
Why on earth are you covering your license plate? Do you cover it when your riding around where everybody on the planet can see it.
