Regarding your 6 pillars, all of us have our weak points. For me, your advice about staying connected is the hardest one. All of us don't have families. All of us aren't happy extroverts with large or any social networks. Maybe, for some of us, it's rather about finding a sort of inner harmony.
I would also suggest MeetUp, or volunteering, or even Euchre at your local church. Public libraries often run classes or book clubs. Anything to get you around someone you don't work with, or live with.
I don’t consider myself a pillar of anything. I am 78 and have never felt better. I stopped drinking 3 years ago, stopped eating fast food, started real easy chair yoga, still work 5+ days a week, and most importantly started watching Talking With Docs. No wonder I feel great!!!
Hi guys. You really brighten our day. My wife and I live in Australia. I just had a knee replacement and your content was very helpful. As for the 6 pillars I would add one. Reflection. I believe a powerful tool for good mental health is the ability to reflect. This allows you to self analyse, process achievements and (if you’re honest) scrutinise failures or deficiencies. In the fast paced world we live in everyone seems to be ‘go go go’. We don’t stop to catalogue our lives.
Social connections are bogus. I’m 69, and very happy to avoid any planned interactions. No parties, no going out with friends, no religious gatherings. Happy to be with my dogs.
You guys are great for taking the time to do what you do. I imagine your patents are very happy. I started watching and keeping track of everything I eat to loose weight. To eat healthy is expensive but worth it. I went to see my PA-C because of the stress of this election and how it will affect me and many other if we lose our SS and Medicare. She advised me to not care so much about other people and she would give me the information to the free clinic she volunteers at. Made me feel so much better. Not. Now January 10, 2025 I had to go in because of groin pain. I have a double hernia that has to be operated on. I am referred to a general surgeon. He tells me that I have to have the surgery. I mentioned that the sooner the better in case SS and Medicare go away. He responded by saying it not going to happen that fast. So it going to happen I guess. So my surgery gets schedule for (get this) 7 weeks out, end of February. So I have to live with the pain and hope it does not get strangulated. Keep up the good work and helping people understand.
Exercise, sleep and stress reduction the three pillars I concentrate on. Monitoring bloods, bp, reviewing smart watch ECG and health trends/measures, flu vaccines and screening too, I chase health interventions to the agreed frequency.
To some extent, it is amazing that this video needs to be made, and that it resonates so much with so many people. This is all basic common sense, things patents were telling their kids in the 60s of last century. Before industry ruined food, internet and social networks ruined relationships, always-on lifestyle ruined sleep etc.
:):) Industry ruined food definitely, and I feel ashamed of us as a society for what you find in the supermarket, and in the restaurants. But we consume it! Our own doctors tells us 'you have a sensitive stomach, here take oemeoprazol everyday and its solved', or 'its in your genes, thats why you have y or z'; here is the pill to treat it'....Brocoli dosent sell, and docs are only trained to treat w pills....So channels like this, that informs us, the non medical doctors is what we need. Hope it reaches more and more people...
Try falling to sleep listening to a decrease stress/sleep video on youtube. Find one only with music no talking. Choose one that has a calming sound and is soothing to you. Turn your electronic screen around so the light doesn't bother you. Exercise during the day will also help you to fall asleep fast, just don't exercise close to bedtime. Have a notebook and pen beside your bed. If your mind is racing with things you need to do or concerns, then write them down. Rest knowing you can do those tasks or make time during the day to think about whatever is bothering you. Knowing you won't forget should help to turn your brain off. Remember no caffeine after 2:00 p.m. and alcohol also disrupts our sleep cycle. If you are religious you could say a relaxing prayer in a slow quiet voice..it always helped my kids to sleep. I hope one of these ideas help.
I was struggling with my sleep too. Try this it helped. 1. Exercise, jogging or bicycle rides, if you can get some sweat the better. 2. Eat a light dinner...mostly fresh plants based. 3. Warm shower, brush your teeth 😂! 4. Avoid your phone after you shower 5. Always have your bedroom organized and have a clean bed 😂😂! Sounds ridiculous but it has been very useful to me.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. You guys are great! You have no idea how much this helps. Not only that you guys outline the pillars but I've been reading the comments and everyone is commenting what works for them and everyone is coming with more ideas. This is wonderful. What a great community you guys have made! Awesome, awesome, awesome 👍
This is a really good video that touches on every aspect of your health. I am going to make my number one priority my diet. Working on eating more fruits and vegetables and less processed foods. I eat a fair number of healthy frozen meals that are packaged in plastic. Since watching your video on micro plastics, I now heat those meals on a plate instead of the plastic container. Thanks for that tip - onward I go.
Dr. Peter Attia has a take on sarcopenia in his practice which focuses on longevity. It's worthwhile setting aside time to listen to his podcasts. Thank you, Dr. Zalzal and Dr. Weening. I give your videos a thumbs up before they even start!
You both are so sweet and just have good common sense! Agree that exercise is number one though all pillars are important. I am lucky to have a wonderful doctor and at 61 I am fit and do not need medication- I exercise, eat well most of the time and life is good! I am using fitness pal to ensure my diet has enough protein, fiber and calcium.
Listening while washing and prepping for a veggie stir fry and air fryer tofu. Ask me a year ago and this would not have been a go to staple for supper 😊 Chineses broccoli, carrots, red pepper, daikon, napa cabbage, onion, garlic and ginger with just a hint of oyster sauce with some brown rice. Variety of exercise every day. Sleep is the biggest issue - we all need a safe miracle pill😂
Ever since I discovered your channel, I’ve been recommending it to others. I appreciate both your advice, and the friendly and often funny way you present it.
Just love watching you 2. Thanks for everything you put out there. You always give me a good chuckle for the day. Thanks guys. As always great information.
Others have said very grateful for your information. I do like my family doctor, an internist and he's always right on top of things as well. So I feel very lucky and grateful.
My husband's psa doubled in one year. The new reading was still on the upper limits of normal, but he did indeed have prostate cancer (at a younger age) with a gleason score of 7. He had robotic surgery 13 years ago and has been cancer free since. He had an uncle that died of it, so our son started getting PSAs at 35. Secondly, I would highly recommend the book Elastic Habits. It's not about being perfect, but it is about being consistent and elastic habits can help you achieve consistency. It's helped me enormously.
Great advice, as always. Your point about having regular physicals gave me pause, as did the suggestion to have a colonoscopy after age 45. I am lucky enough to have a GP, but cannot remember the last time she gave me a physical exam other than ordering bloodwork. Our province doesn’t do colonoscopies unless something turns up on a FIT test, so it’s impossible to just ask your doctor to refer you for a colonoscopy unless you have obvious symptoms. How should we advocate for ourselves these days, especially in this environment where you’re lucky to even have a family doctor. Many do not.
If you really want a colonoscopy just tell your doc you have family history of colon cancer or that your having symptoms. A little lie sometimes is the right thing to do.
It is truly a much-needed and informative health video. Though both subjects are constantly mentioned in our lives, it seems to carry a bit more value in watching your videos. My thoughts are that people watching this are doing so for a purpose - health. Thanks again from a warmer Austin, TX.
Had all the Covid vaccines as they became available and never got Covid or even a cold since! I also haven't had sinusitis and I used to get that 3 or 4 times a year. As to exercise; I usually walk on my treadmill about 2 miles a day but we just adopted a Boxer that's over 50 pounds but still has a puppy brain so I'm getting extra exercise 😅 Over 70 and healthy as a horse (a healthy horse)😊 Thanks for your always interesting and humorous videos❤
Thanks for a comprehensive expose as your vlog, Talking with Docs.😃. Happy to be benefiting from your expertise. I agree with the phrase that; it's 'better to prevent than to cure'. You can't put a price on good health. Have a nice day, docs.😀.
Always enjoy the dynamic doc duo! Two bits of advice….one is get a smart water bottle to help monitor the right amount of water for your build and activity. And two is don’t eat lunch alone less you need to. Social time is great and I always count is as work :)
I LOVE watching your videos. Both of you guys make me laugh and make me think. One thing that’s really helped me the past year is mindfulness and meditation. I don’t know how it’s happening, but it helps. Plus, I stopped drinking alcohol in July, and that also helps!
I am so happy you do this video. I have learned so much about my body and when I need to act on anything. If I have missed it, can you do one on bowel function. How it works , what are ways to deal with issues, etc. i have been diagnosed with Crohns disease (mistakenly I think) and would to learn more about how the body digests food and disposes of waste and when you know if you have a problem that needs attention, Thanks Docs. P.s. I have a doctor for which I am most grateful, but find it difficult to discuss issues. Seems communication between doctor and patient is ‘t always good which I think means critical issues can be missed .
Greetings from Australia, my health tip is as the Docs said avoid processed foods. I believe if you do this for most of the time along with exercise your doing the best you can. FYI alcohol is a processed consumable - sorry.
First, love you guys! Second though is a new-to-me discovery, Breathe Right Strips!! I have struggled with interrupted sleep for years and had no idea it was related to a deviated septum. My brother turned me on to them and my sleep has done a 180. I didn't know I could sleep this well. Thirdly, a dumb thing maybe but I balance on one foot for 20 seconds at a time while I brush my teeth for two minutes twice a day. Maybe silly but at 69, I want to maintain my balancing abilities. And I have great oral health!
About a year ago, I stopped drinking alcohol. I primarily eat fish with some chicken, lots of fruit, no dairy, very little gluten. My occasional "cheat" are potato chips-:). I lost weight, and feel better. I also increase exercise (5-6 times per week), Pilates, Pvolve, Treadmill, weight lifting.
Docs, thanks for another great video. I have found intermittent fasting-eating in a 6 hour window per day-to be very helpful in fixing digestive issues. Eating clean and slow jogging and light weights also are very helpful for me. Everyone is different, mileage may vary. The Seinfeld chest shaving reference got me laughing.
Thanks to PSA testing from age 45 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 21 years ago followed by prostate removal and various treatments. I’m still here (obviously!). I have also had regular colonoscopies from about 50 or 55 which detected anal cancer 3 years ago followed by major treatment. Still here. I definitely recommend regular screening for early detection of potential problems.
This is a great video! Thank you for this summary/overview of healthy lifestyle habits that will help us stay healthy and when to go to the doctor. Thank you for your sense of humour which I always enjoy. And have a great 2025, with lots of health and smiles. You're simply the best.
Another great video doc's!!!! Am currently reading Dr Casey Means book , Good Energy, who talks about the pillars you mentioned and goes into depth about these topics. I hope they teach and emphasize what you are talking about in med schools (nutrition, exercise, etc) basically preventing all these modern day ailments. Happy New year and keep up the good work.
I never make New Year's resolutions. I started exercising a few years ago by going on walks. I tried to do the same distance, but over time, I got bored and started going a little farther and a little faster. Now I ride my bike (except in winter) every day 10-15Km. I lift weights every 3 days (I set a reminder). Again, I keep the same weight, do more repetitions over time, then increase the weight a little. My advice is to try to maintain your current level and do better over time rather than setting end goals. With my meals, I also try to eat a little healthier over time, but I don't feel guilty if I eat a burger, fries and ice cream sundae from time to time. This works for me. I hope it helps others trying to get healthier.
I think your permissive attitude toward the occasional detour into less than great food is probably best. Getting too obsessed isn't good. Plus, we're all going to die anyway
Happy new year, Docs! Thank you so much for your insightful videos. With all the disinformation on social media these days, I’m so happy to have found your channel. I watch every one of your videos. You are top notch communicators! Love that your advice is so obviously well-researched and science-based, yet presented with “Dad joke style humour!”Especially love that you are Canadian!🇨🇦❤
In Canada, I have a doctor but can't wait to have acce to lifestyle practitioners to be available , I think they might understand my plant based diet better.
Thank you for the great content! I have lately lost 150 lbs (over 3 years) post menopausal and would be interested in more clarification on recommended movement guidelines. "Sitting is the new smoking" is kind of vague - I already try to get in my 9k-12K steps and 30 min of light aerobic exercise each day, but I also enjoy some sedentary hobbies.
I practice healthy habits year round. No holiday foods, no birthday parties, almost no eating out. Waiting for my favorite gym to open near me (one bus ride away instead of two). Making no New Year's resolutions, instead, striving for a healthy lifestyle. Eating a near plant-based diet except skinless chicken and turkey as well as fish, with 85% vegetables and fruit. Lost 60 lbs., with 60 to go.
Add in walking for one hour a day and that's exactly my friend's lifestyle for years before she died of breast cancer. i.e. no guarantees no matter what. But, carry on.
Can you talk about Mushroom coffee and if there really is benefits to drinking it? Thanks…value your channel and all your great information and advice! ❤
Love your videos! I will be 65 in February, not overweight and not real active but healthy. Do you think walking would be my best bet for starting exercise? In the summer I do garden but I'm in Maine so it's a short season. Also, I'm female if it matters. Thank you both so much! Happy New Year!♥
Doctors that have not seen you or know your medical history will usually not give specific advice because everyone's health conditions and meds will vary from patient to patient. They wouldn't want to give advice that could cause harm. Talk to your primary doctor about what he thinks about you walking in regards to your exercise regimen. In general walking is an excellent exercise. Swimming is another good way to get exercise. It's great you are wanting to be more physically active.
I eat the rainbow but lean heavily towards meat... from my own farm. At 67 yrs old, having a farm I stay very active. To get good sleep, I turn off most lights and only read after dark and go to bed when sleepy, when you wake up, stretch then look at the sun. Pay attention to your body, it will tell you what you need.
Docs, go ahead and order those t-shirts with your 6 pillars. They can't possibly be proprietary. I'm just a Joe Average whose been reading independently in lifestyle and longevity medicine since the start of the pandemic, and I find that it almost doesn't matter what condition you're looking at (cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, neurodegenerative disease, cancer), what you as an individual can do to reduce your risk for all of them generally boils down to the same six lifestyle factors: clean nutrition, regular exercise, restorative sleep, effective stress management, social engagement, and cognitive stimulation. Smoking cessation seems so obvious that it hardly needs its own category. The other two that are oft mentioned are controlling weight (which seems to me to be subsumed under nutrition + exercise), and limiting alcohol, the damaging effects of which seem only recently to have become truly clear. My amateur's list differs by only one from the docs', namely cognitive stimulation. I do perceive from what I read that one can do oneself a lot of preventive good by keeping this up as well. With respect to the final part of the segment, namely when to see your doc, I think that most of us on this channel are Canadian, so I'll simply comment that there now seems to be so much pressure on the mainstream healthcare system that it is virtually impossible to see a physician if you want to simply have a conversation about PREVENTION.
My family has the same AA risk, both dad and grandpa had it but it's like pulling teeth to get the Angio done because I'm not a smoker. When I finally got one I had either a 3.9 or 4cm aorta diameter depending on who was interpreting it, and 3.9 was OK but 4.0 was not as OK. Health care is so maddening now. Maybe it always was, but I sure see it now!
Always useful, important content docs - thank you! You may have already, but 2 other topics come to mind: (1) issues related to periodontal disease and (2) does my grandmother's advice about the importance of 'infections above the shoulders' still hold sway?
Re: Excessive body hair. There was a well known doctor in my home town in the Fraser Valley of BC, who was also very involved with the community swimming program. He was easy to spot in the pool as he looked like a wet Newfoundland dog! His good natured response about it would be; "Well I save on sunscreen & sweaters in the winter! 🤣🤣
Hello Docs, I am 72 YO live in the US. Should I have the Shingle vaccine and what would cause the Shingle, In addition, should I have the latest Covid Vaccine, I had the previous four so far. Thank you and love your information.
Thanks for this recap to start the year! Feliz anio / Happy New Year! Pilar #1: a healthy diet meaning as whole food plant-based as possible is the one I been working on in the last 4 years- I know now what that means and how to eat whole foods as a balanced diet that also taste really good. It has changed my life. I am no longer w gastritis, asthma and an arthritis that was actually what made me search for alternatives to the horrible pills I was given to deal with a palindrome rheumatoid arthritis that I was diagnosed with about 5 years ago. And after months of eating in this way; all gone! I take no medication for any of them anymore. Funny and sad that my doc told me my stomach problems were because I had a sensitive stomach (to what?? to eat crap, sure...), and also due to y genes bc my mother suffers it quite strong for life...for this type of diseases its clear that 'the gens load the gun, but only the (poor diet based on animal products and refined foods) triggers it. Cheers for your sponsor (broccoli :))
I like your style. I like a bit of banter in communication. For that to work - you need some chemistry between you. In one video you had a third person. I do not doubt they are the number one in world in their field - but there was no chemistry. The advice you give seems excellent to me, but you need to keep people entertained and engaged otherwise you are just talking to a camera. Thanks for sharing your tips and keeping them short. Another channel I watch makes everything into a 60 to 90 minute event. They only have 10 minutes’ worth of content each week but they just spin it out.
@@TalkingWithDocsI don't agree, unless that person is entertaining. Most viewers aren't undergraduates but curious citizens looking for some tips on living healthier. You two deliver in spades. I watch a lot of RUclips videos and you two are definitely in the top 10 per cent.
The perfect breakfast which guarantees regular complete bowel movements as well as a truckload of healthy vitamins etc: Oatmeal, mixture of ground chia, hemp & flax seeds, blueberries (Canadian!), green banana powder, walnuts, cinnamon and plant milk.
@@jajupa78 I get it from my local supermarket in Australia. Check on Google which might show up local sources for you. It’s also called green banana flour.
I've had the shingles vaccine because I've seen how much people can suffer with shingles and it can go on for months or never totally resolve. My mother had the pneumonia vaccine in her sixties and it protected her well over the years. She died at 97. I get tetanus every 10 years as I like to garden and tetanus can live in soil.
Most elderly people have problems getting up off the floor. As a child you spend a lot of time on the floor, adults do not. Doing yoga / stretching exercises on the floor can improve balance, mobility, flexibility and the ability to get up and down.. Just getting up and down to the floor in a controlled manner is difficult for many older adults. Play with your children on the floor. Bend over, get down and pull weeds in your garden. Play with a pet on the floor. The more effort you make to work on balance and flexibility will pay dividends as you age.
77, had all sorts of tests and checks, never a colonoscopy. Have all my vaccines*. Tetanus easiest to remember, after each birthday ending in "0," by chance. *Will mention shingles next time I see a doc. Father suffered from it at 87, don't know if there's a vaccine.
When I see a new doctor/ specialist, some don’t listen or they leave stuff out that my primary would tell me (she got my records) and other doctors would tell me. Anyway, when I see a new doctor I feel intimidated and I clam up.
Regarding your 6 pillars, all of us have our weak points. For me, your advice about staying connected is the hardest one. All of us don't have families. All of us aren't happy extroverts with large or any social networks. Maybe, for some of us, it's rather about finding a sort of inner harmony.

@ Okay , let’s have a beer together and discuss that!
You two bring sunshine to me. I am 4 weeks post op from gluties medies tendon repair. No walking for another 2 weeks. Ok listening now.
I hardly ever get sick, I base it on, I try to eat right, I workout 5-7 days, but I am a firm believer that drinking water is what keeps you healthy.

As to exercise; I usually walk on my treadmill about 2 miles a day but we just adopted a Boxer that's over 50 pounds but still has a puppy brain so I'm getting extra exercise 😅
Over 70 and healthy as a horse (a healthy horse)😊
Thanks for your always interesting and humorous videos❤
Welcome and congrats!
Thanks for a comprehensive expose as your vlog, Talking with Docs.😃. Happy to be benefiting from your expertise. I agree with the phrase that; it's 'better to prevent than to cure'. You can't put a price on good health. Have a nice day, docs.😀.
Thanks Richard. You too
Always enjoy the dynamic doc duo! Two bits of advice….one is get a smart water bottle to help monitor the right amount of water for your build and activity. And two is don’t eat lunch alone less you need to. Social time is great and I always count is as work :)
Thanks gentlemen. Good background for a health plan for 2025. Wishing you a Happy New Year, et bonne annee!
I LOVE watching your videos. Both of you guys make me laugh and make me think. One thing that’s really helped me the past year is mindfulness and meditation. I don’t know how it’s happening, but it helps. Plus, I stopped drinking alcohol in July, and that also helps!
Excellent advice once again. You two are so genuine in what you do and the information you give to us. Thank you.
Happy to help!
Thanks so much for all your videos. I always forward them to my kids. Knowledge is POWER!
You are so welcome! And it sure is!
Thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you
You're welcome
Ya'll are fantastic.
Love your content lot of great advice
So glad!
I am so happy you do this video. I have learned so much about my body and when I need to act on anything. If I have missed it, can you do one on bowel function. How it works , what are ways to deal with issues, etc. i have been diagnosed with Crohns disease (mistakenly I think) and would to learn more about how the body digests food and disposes of waste and when you know if you have a problem that needs attention,
Thanks Docs.
P.s. I have a doctor for which I am most grateful, but find it difficult to discuss issues. Seems communication between doctor and patient is ‘t always good which I think means critical issues can be missed .
We have done a few videos about bowel function but not in depth. Hope you figure out a way to chat with your doc
Thank You.
Welcome!
Thanks guys 👏 Love your videos. ❤
Potato chips 👎🏻
Thank you!love your videos
I’m thankful to have you guys. I hate going to dr, don’t trust drs anymore. Ty for all you do
love you and the information
Thanks!
Fabulous information as usual. Thank you so much; and a happy and healthy new year to you both. Keep up the great work! 👍
Yip funny how fasting is not one of the pillars
Thanks to PSA testing from age 45 I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 21 years ago followed by prostate removal and various treatments. I’m still here (obviously!). I have also had regular colonoscopies from about 50 or 55 which detected anal cancer 3 years ago followed by major treatment. Still here. I definitely recommend regular screening for early detection of potential problems.
Not not everyone. Studies don’t show the evidence. Risk/benefit.
@ myself and hundreds of others on my PCa support groups would beg to differ.
This is a great video! Thank you for this summary/overview of healthy lifestyle habits that will help us stay healthy and when to go to the doctor. Thank you for your sense of humour which I always enjoy. And have a great 2025, with lots of health and smiles. You're simply the best.
Thank you so much Liam!
Thanks for the video, great advice to start the year.
Health is wealth-what’s one small habit you’ve adopted to live a healthier life 🌱✨
For us more consistent exercise and more plants in our diet
Nice new scrubs
Love you guys. So what i do to relieve STRESS is to smoke a cigarette. AFTER my stress is gone I stop SMOKING. Repeat when needed. Doctors orders.
Thanks ! Glad you enjoy the channel. And thanks for the comment.
Thank for what you do
Helps me
In Canada, I have a doctor but can't wait to have acce to lifestyle practitioners to be available , I think they might understand my plant based diet better.
That sounds great. Advice is less sitting. 150 cardio per week mild to moderate intensity.
And congrats on 150! Wow
Thank you for your wonderful guidance. Happy New Year gentlemen.🎉🎉
Happy new year! Thanks so much
the theory is well known and straight forward but the discipline and practice to do so is key
in short
the theory is easy but the practice is hard
Yes like anything worth doing 😀
Thank you guys. I am learning a lot and enjoying the learning in the entertaining way that you do it. Ed in San Ramon, California.
It’s on the list !
Happy new year docs! My resolution is to take my dog running more often!
Have a doctor. Great in theory but I'm in Canada. I am testing my own cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure to fill in some gaps.
They wouldn't want to burden the precious health insurers.
Great info!! Appreciate the talking docs😂😊
Thanks for watching !
😂😂😂
Hello Docs, I am 72 YO live in the US. Should I have the Shingle vaccine and what would cause the Shingle, In addition, should I have the latest Covid Vaccine, I had the previous four so far. Thank you and love your information.
@talkingWithDocs How about a vid re. risks if belly and visceral fat and how to minimize it? Love your channel! I'm subscribed to your prescription 😁
Great idea we will work on it
Thanks for this recap to start the year!
Thanks so much
Super doctors!!! Can you move to USA
❤
Probably not but Trump is trying to annex us!
😂😂😂 Love your channel! 💕Thank you for taking your valuable time, and sharing your expertise to help educate us!🥰 PS. I live in the US!
Thanks for the feedback Charles. We do try and keep it light but useful. Some topics we definitely need the expert but try to balance that between us.
Where does one find green banana powder?
@@jajupa78 I get it from my local supermarket in Australia. Check on Google which might show up local sources for you. It’s also called green banana flour.
Terrific video, as always..
How about GLP-1 drugs as a preventative health solution?
I've had the shingles vaccine because I've seen how much people can suffer with shingles and it can go on for months or never totally resolve.
My mother had the pneumonia vaccine in her sixties and it protected her well over the years. She died at 97. I get tetanus every 10 years as I like to garden and tetanus can live in soil.
My husband's PSA was 945!!!
Great advice
You two are an inspi4. My daughter is waaoting to hear from medical schools rn, it's brutal!
Yes you are funny you have the scrubs and the cute caps .good caters. I prefer the truth and the knowledge he brings to the table. Dr. Dhand
Thanks Mary. Glad you are enjoying our videos and learning from them.
