Its pretty similar to Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn in the sense of the use of one chapter in past and one in presence and the use of psychology. I just finished the Folk of the Air trilogy and loved it! I stared reading Dance of Thieves and I’m really enjoying so far! It’s got fantasy with romance subplot, so I def recommend!
