@@krishanubanerjee6955 If you want all the processing done on the drone itself, then sure. But with a high speed low latency connection it can be controlled by a computer from far away. And 5G provides just that. The drone can have just minimal self control for stability while the computer controlling it is not limited when it comes to hardware and power use. GPU on the computer can analyze the video stream and figure out where to go and even how to avoid obstacles. Add a solid-state LIDAR like in some iPhones and you have a 3D map of the environment for perfect accuracy. An example of (some of) this already exists in the DJI Tello drone. It doesn't even have a controller. The only thing it can do by itself is remain stable over a spot vertically and horizontally (using a down-facing camera and an IR sensor) and send telemetry back to a phone over a direct WiFi connection. The phone does all the required thinking based on the telemetry from the sensors and then it can do all sorts of things. You control it via virtual joysticks on the phone screen (or you can plug a game controller into the phone and it becomes much better). Since the API is open, 3rd party apps for it are better than the official app and the programmers have already added functionality that no one could have predicted. I talked to one of them. Main limitation was the computing power of the phone. But eventually he added face tracking anyway... So you don't really need miniaturization to do it today. The scary part is how cheap it is.
How can you say it’s science speculative when that’s all they do is try to shoot drones each other. It doesn’t surprise me that they try to go smaller drones with payloads on them.
Every single time he explains how powerful the drone is the situation becomes comically worse It'd be like he said "We made a robotic bear that has the speed of a rocket ship and the precision of a hawk. It never needs to rest and can repair itself even after getting nuked five times in a row. It can see in every light spectrum and literally finds people based on their fear. It can see through space and time so nobody can ever out-smart it and we're going to release a million of them in every city, big or small, within 30 min"
@@NPC-iy5ih do you mean me or the video creator? Countermeasures are readily available and cost-effective for wide-scale frequency jamming. Drones are still being developed, they're unreliable, and are very expensive. Even in tiny packages like that. I'm just saying, there's no possible way for a large attack like that to happen unnoticed, much less uncontested, to any well developed mainland.

EMP: Straight, Simple, Quick, and Dirty, though it might knock out some other things, a small personal EMP could reach a radius of a few feet. Netting: Thin, tight, mesh netting could stop these things in an instant. A Fucking Hose: It would be hard and very expensive to make these drones 100 percent water proof. If they aren't, turn on the grass sprinkler and live in safety. If they are, then just get a riot control water house and wield it like a flamethrower. Wear a Mask: Sure you might argue, they could tell the drone to target the masks, but at that point someone in an area with little lighting could be identified as wearing a mask. Also makeup artists are really good, do you see how they can change a face in like half an hour? Just Hide: The battery life for those tiny little things has to be like 30 minutes maximum, not only are they carrying a heavy explosive, and are either have a really strong (And Power Consuming) internet connection, or are running a really good (And also Power Consuming) facial recognition software.

The use-case for these would quick-strike surprise attacks, not search-and-destroy. You're talking about mission that last 1-2 minutes tops. @@z-beeblebrox Sure dude, it's not like these drones carry a very heavy load, move really fast and have to chase moving targets. I'm sure we can slap on a 1000mAh battery on these bad boys. @@GainsGoblin Why are you ignoring the larger drones that carry the smaller drones as a payload? @@jwadaow The larger drones would be shot down. The size and cargo requirements would make them easier targets. And drones would probably be assumed hostile and illegal and engaged on sight by law enforcement the moment this kind of widespread terrorism using them took place.
Potentially yes, frankly. There are articles out right now about reporters in Africa who are leery of talking over the phone with people who have witnessed US airstricks, on the basis that simply talking over the phone about them might put them on the list of a monitoring algorithm that might select them as targets.
@@alphaplayzz1381 so? use multiple fishing nets, after a certain amount of holes they're going to get tangled up in the layers. also I'm not an engineer but i imagine its harder to blow up a fishing net than something nice and solid like a wall. or hell just use a tent covered in a whole bunch of long thin spikes, the drone cant blow a hole because the spike's stop them by getting in the rotors. If you make the spikes somewhat flexible like for example a porcupine they cant really blow them up either since they just kind of bounce out of the way and back. i mean there's only a very small explosion in the thing, i cant imagine it's impossible to stop them.

The core tech is not speculative anymore. Miniaturization to the extent shown here, however, is probably a decade or so away!
@@krishanubanerjee6955 more like it already exists

Heh heh, 40 meter EMP field
@Mario Perez microwaves dont give a shit about faraday cages.
From "StratoEnergetics": Incommunicado and EMP hardened: once an APS gets flying, there is no way to stop it electromagnetically by jamming, spoofing, zapping, or anything else.
You will be dead even before you switch on your EMP generator (if you have it available at all).
You won't even be able to rise your hand between realizing the drone is approaching and being killed.
Just randomly thought of this a half decade later and it still entertains me
Honestly it’s terrifying how much this is plausible
Oh, not plausibility, an eventuality. The only variable is when...
@Nybbl er They have had this for years
They have micro bug drones and bird drones ect. They are using sonic or some kind of weapon to take out members of CIA and FBI. There is an agenda and I believe it's coming from the left.
@@johnnygizmo4733 CIA and FBI are the "left"
@@steveguse4481 I know. And the jum Burns team was hit by some type of microwave weapon or something in May. I'm wondering if they were against the agenda. Anyways yes, CNN/CIA It's unbelievable how much brainwashing has occured.
I love how the mom, as there are gunshots all around the sun, says "can you hear me?" in the quietest voice ever.
Ah yes, the sun

“Cannot be stopped”
Flame thrower: *Laughs*
And where would to get one? From Elon musk?
@@animo9050 Unless you're not in the USA, flamethrowers are completley legal to buy
*you dumb bitch*
If they're moving fast enough it wouldn't harm any of the electronics it's like sticking your finger through a candle flame if you do it fast enough and don't hold your finger there you won't burn yourself but that's beside the point they don't need to hit your frontside they can do just as well as hitting the back of your head or hitting any vital organ
Helaman Gile I wouldn’t really compare flamethrower fuel to a candle 😅 kinda vicious stuff, insane heat, all that jazz... plus it’s a flaming liquid so it would get on the bots and that would melt parts in about a second or so
weapon demonstrator guy : "they cannot be stop"
some random DIY dude : haha~ EMP blast go brrrrrrrr
